I thought to myself as I was scrolling down the list that I can have anything done here because they do all types of pedicures and manicures. On top of that, she told me they could wax my eyebrows. I said yes, and she showed me where my arch should be and where the wing of my eyebrow should stop. She was right; placing my arch in that spot opened my eyes. After the one and then two and three techs finished with the people who were there when I walked in, they proceeded to do the people who came in after me. Now, I have to say that is poor service, and a horrible vibe to be in. You know me looking at them, "like what the world," and they looking up at the ceiling all foolish as ever...lol So I can't tell you about the quality because I didn't get service. Of course, I can't be sticking around for some mess like that. I know me, and I'll start reading them the Riot Act and telling them about ethical stuff. But on my way out of the shop, a girl told me about Nail Couture; she said they are the best. I'll let you all know!

I was offered complimentary water as soon as I sat down which was nice. I was looking for a fall set. I asked for short almond and that's what I got. The gentlemen who worked on my nails were very attentive every step of the way. The only thing I would suggest is to use regular tips instead of curved tips because the curved tips don't look the best on my short nail set. It's still a cute look but would've preferred a regular nail tip.

My stepmom wanted acrylic nails done but they told us the only person who knew how to do acrylic was out and nobody else could do it which honestly made no sense to me. The biggest issue was the pricing. I was charged $43.50 even though the price listed was $27. Most of the prices already included gel so I was never told there would be an extra $15 charge for gel toes until after the service was done. I feel like customers should be clearly informed about extra charges before anything starts.The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because she did an amazing job on my toes and the foot massage was really good. Other than that I would not go back and I'll be sticking to my regular salon.
