A break down of the price would've been nice... I went in wanting to get acrylic nails. I wasn't happy with the way the young landy shaped it so I had her remove it. The glue was underneath my nail and it fell horrible.I don't think that's supposed to happen. I still have glue underneath my nails even after the she cut my nails completely off. It was pretty obvious she was upset. It was very rude. I was a little uncomfortable sitting there just listening to them talk about me in another language. Lol The Manger had another nail tech finish the job. I just ended up getting a basic color.... Hopefully the glue comes off soon. The older lady that did my feet was a sweetheart. After the one and then two and three techs finished with the people who were there when I walked in, they proceeded to do the people who came in after me. Now, I have to say that is poor service, and a horrible vibe to be in. You know me looking at them, "like what the world," and they looking up at the ceiling all foolish as ever...lol So I can't tell you about the quality because I didn't get service. Of course, I can't be sticking around for some mess like that. I know me, and I'll start reading them the Riot Act and telling them about ethical stuff. Showed up to my appointment and saw a total of 3 techs, each working on someone in a chair and then they had three other women waiting for service. I told them I had a 6pm appointment. Instead of honoring my appointment one-by-one they began to cycle through the walk-ins ahead of me. It was about 6:30pm and I finally spoke up to see what the deal was. And here is what kills me - the woman working there says "oh well.. one worker left already so if you want to wait until were done with these ladies (the walk ins they just sat), then we do you" Wait not only do you want me to wait around for 1.5-2 hours AFTER MY APPOINTMENT to be serviced, you think I should have some sort of empathy because you don't know how appointments work!

Yes, when the staff are busy you may have to wait either in the main seating area or in one of the spa chairs but this would be the same in any salon. The staff are always polite to me and I have never seen their attitude be any different to any member of the public. Each one has their own way of performing their task and time taken but the finished job has always been professional. One male customer had extremely long toe nails that were black and unkempt but the staff member never gave the impression that she was grossed out by her task. Much to my surprise the man on the right (first table) was very accommodating. I explained to him that my nails were chipping and he took extra care to shorten them and glue them around the edges and THEN CAME THE HOLY GRAIL OF GEL POLISHES. They have 2 perfectly put together portfolios of their colors. It is amazing to say the least. HOWEVER..on Oct. 10th I went back hoping to find the guy again but he wasn't there. The lady up front doing lashes convinced me to let the lady in the back do my nails. I reluctantly agreed because I was in a time crunch having the Brantley Gilbert concert that night. This was the worst decision I've ever made getting my nails filled in. She took ALL of the thickness off of the tips that the gentleman before her took so much care to add she filed my nails more narrow than my nail bed and they weren't shaped uniform. She told me to go wash my hands and I asked her if she intended on leaving my nails this thin. The lady that was doing lashes came to join the conversation and asked me if I asked for "very thin nails" I assured her that I did not and they kept asking me if I was ok... I kept telling them that I was not. Not once did they try to fix my nails. I left there with exposed acrylic and one hell of an ugly fill in. They tried to tell me that a fill in only affects the nail bed... well yes typically I'd agree, but I know what my nails looked like when I came in here ma'am. DO NOT USE THIS SALON UNLESS YOU GET THE MAN ON THE RIGHT... first table...
