Haven't been here for while but service has gotten so much better! I usually have Helen who's also been amazing but she was busy and I had Vivian today. Let me tell you, she is absolutely amazing! She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and happy. She was very precise and made sure I didn't leave with any extra polish or made sure the bottom of my feet and in between my toes were wiped down and not slippery. I walked right in without an appt and was able to get a pedicure right away. I got the callus remover regular polish pedicure and the lady I got did an amazing job. The whole vibe was ok, not the friendliest welcome, the nail technician was in such a hurry that this was worst mani/pedi I've ever had!! I got French Tips and my lines are so uneven it looks horrible. Some are thin others are really thick. When I asked her to fix it just got worse. Before I write this review, I do want to say that the ladies there are sooo amazing and professional. They do such a great job on the pedicures and manicures. We went and spent $140 on two pedicures and one manicure. However, the owner or receptionist is so rude. He was rushing the ladies to hurry up. They would be with one client when he already had another client sitting down, not giving them time to prep for the next person. He would stand around and just stare at them. It was so uncomfortable to witness and see. As a female getting a service done and seeing a male treat them like robots was so degrading. I would have gave a 5 star review had he not been there treating them so inhuman. Please keep in mind that these ladies are all on the older side. I understand that it gets busy, but clients want to go and have a relaxing experience, not feel like the person doing their nails is being rushed or gets anxiety when he comes around. The girl who did my pedicure took out the cuticle cutter and all her tools from a dirty box that did not look sanitized at all; she cut me twice and was extremely rushed. Midway through my manicure, while she was massaging me, she took out a flyer with a sticky note that said, "I would appreciate a cash tip." If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid $50 for 2 BASIC manicures. 1 of them was on a 7 year old child and they still charged me full price. The pictures I provided was after she "cleaned my nails up" right before she put polish. Look at how uneven my nails are. They weren't even filed or anything. She didn't even use nail clippers. She used the cuticle cutters to "cut my nails". The third picture I provided was the day after I got them done. My cuticles have been hurting ever since I went there and they have been bleeding. I've also gotten an infection so I'm guessing they don't properly clean their equipment. I asked for a receipt and they said they don't give receipts. When I was talking to the guy at the front desk he rudely answered his personal cell phone as I was talking and started laughing with whoever he answered so it wasn't even important. I don't have a yelp account so I'm using my boyfriend's to write one. The man who gave me a pedicure was very rough with my feet and rushed. I winced and grimaced several times because of how aggressively the man performing the pedicure was with my feet. He broke the skin in several places and then poured acetone directly on the wounds. The wax for the deluxe pedicure was so hot I jerked my leg back and cursed. They laughed and said i must be sensitive but I've never had these issues before. A day later there are several spots on my feet that are sore, red and inflamed. Plus, the paint looks terrible! They didn't give me the color I wanted and they rushed me out the door so fast the paint immediately smudged and was ruined before I got back to my car. read more

The older man who did my nails left them super uneven and lumpy, also there's bubbles and lines in my nails. He cut my fingers using the mechanical filer also. I have been going here for years, but I won't be going anymore. There are way too many hidden fees. They charged me $65 for a basic set but they advertise that it's $45. They are now charging for length! I can understand if you get excessively long nails but for medium length it's an extra $10. This is crazy! I went with my mom and boyfriend to get a deluxe pedicure. I asked for gel and the lady who was doing my nails was having a really hard time getting the light over my toes without touching them with the machine. So she ended up spending a lot more time on my nails than my mom's, who was also getting gel. I wouldn't mind that part at all, but it was the fact that my mom's massage was significantly longer than mine was what really upset me. My lady started my massage a good 6-7 minutes after my mom's and finished at the exact same time somehow. My massage was over so fast it took me a minute to realize she was seriously done. After we walk out my boyfriend notices that they completely missed cutting two of his toenails on his right foot. The paint job on my toes is decent which is why I gave them two starts. It has been about 2 years since I took my Mom to this establishment and the customer service was terrible! I called to very if they could do 2 manicures with gel and I was told yes. When we arrived, my Mom and I had to wait for 20 + minutes and then was told that they could only take care of 1 person, so of course I had my Moms nails pampered. Yesterday afternoon, I walked in to ask if they had someone that used powder on my nails, and a man next to Danny said yes. I asked how much and he said $50.00. WOW! That's steep! I agreed and there was only 1 other customer there getting a pedicure, no one else - empty. He began to try to pry the powder off my nails and I told him not too cause that hurts me. He continued and I pulled my hands away. I asked him to soak them and he said it's an additional $5.00 and that it would take 30 minutes. I told him no, it will not take 30 minutes, just wipe/file them down and it'll be off. Instead, he pushed to have me put tips on my nails to make them even, I said no thank you, cause I like them short, I type. He persisted 2 more times and I said no. Unbelievable! So he had barely placed my hands in a bowl of acetone, a lady walks in and he turns around and takes my bowl of away and tells me to move to another table because his client is there. I'm left with my hands dripping with acetone and forced to move. I couldn't believe it! Why accept to take care of me then disregard me to take care of someone else? Absolutely rude! I sat for about 6-8 minutes scrubbing my nails as the powder came off my nails. Not once did he check up on me. It was obvious that he wasn't going to attend to me anytime soon so I got up and walked up to Danny and told him I wasn't going to have my nails done cause he took another client. I'll pay the $5.00 and leave. Danny said it was $10.00 because I sat down. WHAT? The man didn't do anything but have me soak my hands! Pathetic!! Poor customer service, very pushy, rude, and they ignore you when you do not allow them to do certain things to your nails that you do not want! Again, there was only two customers there and I was the second one! This is the reason why this establishment is being rated so poorly!! I should have read the comments and seen the rating. I've been coming here since they first opened and over time the business slowly started to fall apart. I do kind of blame the pandemic about their cost going up because of supply demand but that shouldn't change the type of service that's given. I haven't seen the owner Danny in a while but he has his assistant filling in for him and I'm not sure that's a great idea. The last few times I've come here they've rushed on my manicures and pedicures to hurry up and get all customers in chairs to get the money. This place is clean and they offer drinks while you get a service done. Their prices are a little higher than other nail salons in town. I don't like that they don't scrub the dry skin off your feet. I have been in for a pedicure quite a few times and anymore it's like I just go to get my feet washed and nail polish done. They turn the water on and want your feet in there immediately and want to start working on them. My feet never get to soak! Takes about 15 minutes which is too fast for a pedicure and then they want you out of the chair for the next person, regardless that they have 10-15 empty chairs around.
