With that said, this experience was so much better! The waxing did not take us long, I was in and out of there and what felt like 20 minutes so it's more like 30. Maggie is an incredible person, she literally had me laughing while I was getting a Brazilian wax. I fully recommend her! She also made me feel comfortable and I got a therapy session with my wax

They hype you up which I absolutely loved. The services, they were a little slow starting our appointment but for good reason. You can tell they are attentive to their clients during their services so I understood. Once providing us with our service (microblading), they were attentive to us as well. Maisa was very professional. She answered all of our questions and she became comfortable enough to share her humor with us which was great. The end result relieved all of our worries! My mom has eyebrows and we are both so happy with the results. We ended up booking a touch up appointment with them as well. But out of everything, I was mostly impressed with how they treated us despite my moms very patriotic attire. I appreciate you girls. Thank you!

I visited Diamond Brows to get my eyebrows done, and I was extremely disappointed by the…read moreunprofessional behavior of the staff. When I arrived, a young lady who was doing nails asked if she could help me. I told her I was there for my eyebrows. Shortly after, she began speaking in Spanish, complaining about customers, saying how rude some are, how some have bad vibes, and how she has to pretend to be nice to certain people. I believe she assumed I didn't understand Spanish, but I understood every word. I stayed quiet the entire time because I didn't want to risk having a bad experience with my eyebrow service if I spoke up. As a customer, I should be able to walk into an establishment and feel welcomed and comfortable, not sit there listening to employees bad-mouth other customers. This experience left a very bad impression on me. If this is how staff speak about customers while others are present, I can only imagine what they say when no one is around. Beware! Unless you enjoy listening to employees gossip and complain about their customers, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Professionalism and respect should be the bare minimum in any customer service establishment.

Went to RB after about a month of growing them out and I was very pleased at the way the tech handled me. I told her I wanted them a little fuller so she's take a little off and ask me if I wanted to take more. She was trying to leave the fullness of the new growth but make them look nice at the same time. I really appreciate that she didn't just clean them up taking off everything I had just grown out. Prices are very fair for the area too!! I Will definitely be going back!
