I had neither the energy nor the patience to do my usual shaping and plucking so I looked up the closest waxing parlor. Yelp suggested this location. I had never done threading before so I was scared, but up for it. It was crazy town up there in my brow situation, I was desperate. Once it was my turn she confirmed what I suspected. My brows were Cray cray in a number of ways. She let me know how we were going to begin to repair the insanity with advice to not touch them when she was done but come back in two weeks for the final fixing. After she fixed what she could I looked in the mirror and my face, even without makeup, had never felt or looked so on point. It was amazing. Unfortunately I do live in the bay area, so I can't return in two weeks like she suggested, but the next time I'm in town, I will be back.

After everything was done my pedicure alone was $75, I don't usually get gel but the lady didn't ask if I wanted regular or gel, she just assumed and I went along with it because gel is supposed to last longer. By Sunday 3/6 one toe had the gel completely peel off and the others didn't look like they were going to last much longer. I returned 3/6 to express my concern about the gel, I wanted the gel off to just get my normal regular polish. They wanted to charge me a extra $20 for this service after I already paid $75 plus tip 2 days prior. Eventually they agreed to fix it after I threatened to not come back. Instead of soaking the gel off, she used the drill and ended up cutting my toe cuticle and it bled a little bit, hopefully it doesn't get infected. She also cut my toe nails again because she said they were uneven, no way they grew that much in 2 days, if they're uneven, that's because she didn't make sure they were even 2 days ago. My first time coming here was great and the regular polish lasted a whole month so I won't say they're completely bad, it's just hit or miss with who you sit down with.
