This month I had a wedding on April 11 and I went to do a manicure two days before at the 8th , they did a manicure (jelly) and pedicure jelly too and removed my mustache total $95.00 plus $10 as a tip. The first time I went they did a bad job at jelly French manicure within two days one of my nails got chipped and I went back two days later and they told me to come to the next day and the lady was not nice, I decided don't come back but I made a big mistake and I went again because I wanted to give them another chance and I shouldn't. My nails started chipping in about two days, I was very busy I couldn't go back sooner, but when you do the check in they send you a message, so I messaged them let them know about the lausy job they did but they didn't reply, I got really busy I couldn't go right away but the finger nail polish was falling like she just did a basic manicure but I asked her ( the owner) I wanted a jelly manicure and I paid for it $45.00 I have couple years doing jelly manicure I used to go with a lady that do a good job and last me untill I decided to have new color sometimes last a month and the polish never come out, this time come out very easy, so either she didn't do jelly stuff as I asked her or the owner didn't prepare the finger nail right or something happened because I'm about two days stared peeling off so I went to talk to her and she was just stared to do a manicure for a client and I explained to her when she sent the lady to wash her hands I was nice at that time but the owner had and actitud and told me to wait for her I thought ok I think she is understanding what is going on, when finally she finished after about 40 minutes she told me she couldn't do anything, really lady! You told me you couldn't do anything after I waited 40 minutes why she didn't say it before when I just came in and I explained to her. I felt insulted no body does that and I don't understand how they do a bad job and I saw people coming in all the time, made me believe that because I'm Latina it's why they treated me like that and they don't care the quality of service latinos get. I just saw another bad review but in that case the lady is Afroamericano. Anyways I feel sorry for people to get bad treatment from them they don't deserve our business, when I was living I told the owner written a review and never came back and she told me she won't appreciate my business too and I didn't look back but I heard a loud noise I think she shouted the door as soon as a leave because we were standing close to the door, she is rude she doesn't deserve any business. They should be permanently closed to her salon , I'll scale this case because this is not how you treat people in America maybe from where she is but no here. Do yourself a favor and don't go there if you don't want a lousy job and bad treatment because they are not friendly they look like you have two heads just disgusting!

I should have read the reviews here before making a reservation in this place. Terrible service all…read morearound. I made advanced reservation to get gelX manicure and pedicure. I showed up on time. But from the minute I arrived they started by shouting to me from the other end of the room. They wouldn't listen to me and just kept shouting sit, sit. When I sat down for pedicure, even though 4 of them were not busy, they made me wait. Ok, I assumed may be they need a break and patiently waited. Then the lady that was doing my pedicure made my nails bleed because she was being aggressive. I had never have that happen. But the worst came when it was time for the manicure to start, they asked if I would like to have it done at the same time as the pedicure. I reminded them again that I want to do gel x. They kept talking to me, multiple of them at the same time from across the whole place, whether I want just to paint my nails gel or get acrylic filling. I said again gelX. They spent several minutes going back and forth asking paint with just gel nail polish or acrylic. Saying I don't know what she wants, talking about me as if I wasn't in front of them. They took close to 5 minutes of odd talking about me with each other and awkward silence before saying they don't do gelX. It didn't matter that they told me and took reservation for gelX. By this time; the pedicure was almost done. I gave up and said I will do acrylic. They proceeded to tell me that i should wait my turn for acrylic now because I didn't tell them that is what I needed to do. The worst part came when one of the ladies who was shouting at me from across the room sat to do my acrylic manicure. The whole time she was acting as if i was her enemy, would not listen my questions if she can make the nails shorter and that they matched, which they didn't. She kept telling me my nails are too big, can't match the size or shape in the different fingers. Then while trying to fix a mistake she made with one of nails, she glued her skin to mine in my ring finger tip. She kept pulling it even though I kept telling her it is taking off my skin. After multiple attempts to pull it apart when it was clear that it was not happening and that it hurt as hell. She finally brought acetone to separate our fingers and even then wouldn't let the chemical do its job, she snatched her fingers and peeled my skin This was by a mile the worst nail service I have ever received. And the end product is the worst, uneven and lumpy manicure that is not even cleaned up under the nails. The whole time they were clearly gossiping about me and mocking me loudly in a language I don't know. It was terrible customer service. I was the only black person in the store. I hope this had nothing to do with that. But after reading experience of another black person here; I have to wonder. Either way; I will never step foot in this place ever again
