The worst service I've ever had! I went to do a manicure and pedicure about five times and two times I had to go back and tell them about the bad job they did to me. This month I had a wedding on April 11 and I went to do a manicure two days before at the 8th , they did a manicure (jelly) and pedicure jelly too and removed my mustache total $95.00 plus $10 as a tip. The first time I went they did a bad job at jelly French manicure within two days one of my nails got chipped and I went back two days later and they told me to come to the next day and the lady was not nice, I decided don't come back but I made a big mistake and I went again because I wanted to give them another chance and I shouldn't. My nails started chipping in about two days, I was very busy I couldn't go back sooner, but when you do the check in they send you a message, so I messaged them let them know about the lausy job they did but they didn't reply, I got really busy I couldn't go right away but the finger nail polish was falling like she just did a basic manicure but I asked her ( the owner) I wanted a jelly manicure and I paid for it $45.00 I have couple years doing jelly manicure I used to go with a lady that do a good job and last me untill I decided to have new color sometimes last a month and the polish never come out, this time come out very easy, so either she didn't do jelly stuff as I asked her or the owner didn't prepare the finger nail right or something happened because I'm about two days stared peeling off so I went to talk to her and she was just stared to do a manicure for a client and I explained to her when she sent the lady to wash her hands I was nice at that time but the owner had and actitud and told me to wait for her I thought ok I think she is understanding what is going on, when finally she finished after about 40 minutes she told me she couldn't do anything, really lady! You told me you couldn't do anything after I waited 40 minutes why she didn't say it before when I just came in and I explained to her. I felt insulted no body does that and I don't understand how they do a bad job and I saw people coming in all the time, made me believe that because I'm Latina it's why they treated me like that and they don't care the quality of service latinos get. I just saw another bad review but in that case the lady is Afroamericano. Anyways I feel sorry for people to get bad treatment from them they don't deserve our business, when I was living I told the owner written a review and never came back and she told me she won't appreciate my business too and I didn't look back but I heard a loud noise I think she shouted the door as soon as a leave because we were standing close to the door, she is rude she doesn't deserve any business. They should be permanently closed to her salon , I'll scale this case because this is not how you treat people in America maybe from where she is but no here. Do yourself a favor and don't go there if you don't want a lousy job and bad treatment because they are not friendly they look like you have two heads just disgusting! read more

My wife and I used this place for a pedicure a month or so ago. We went back today. My wife's lady managed to scrap the upper side of her foot with the pumice stone taking a part of her hide off. My wife is an easy going woman who really doesn't make a fuss about the quality of work being done. She just doesn't go back if it's not up to her standards. However, after taking off a chunk of her hide, the woman outrageously claims my wife came in like that. Meanwhile, I'm seeing her eyes glass up as she's obviously in pain. That woman attempted to go back to work on that same foot. My wife immediately objected and stated she will not be doing anything other than painting the nails. As soon as her nails were painted she said she'd be waiting for me in the car. When I was done, I walked up front to pay the bill. The owner charged us full price for my wife's injured foot. I was expecting just for me to be charged. Idk who takes a pumice stone to the tender side of a foot but that woman needs to be trained for better quality. read more

i had a mani and pedi (gel) done with vye vye and less than 2 weeks the polish was chipping. i went back to get 3 of my nails redone. it was a horrible experience. they were so rude. tina the nail tech that redone my nails was so rude to me and so ruff. she redone the 3 nails with an entirely different color gel polish that was on all my other nails. they were all talking in their language the entire time i was their, i could tell they were talking about me. i would not encourage anyone to go to this place. they are nice at first but if you have to go back for a touchup, they are so rude. i will never go back here again. i'm from out of town and just can't believe how rude california people are. read more

Called BJ's ahead of time for a walk-in appointment, and decided to get the Calluses Pedi for $35. Walked in with VERY low expectations due to the reviews on Yelp, but glad I just went for it. Henry was my tech, and GOSSHHHH did he do wonders for my feet! My feet haven't felt this pampered or soft in so long. Well worth the extra $5. The polish was a bit streaky on some toes, probably a third coat would have smoothed it out, but tbh it looks fine. I was just so impressed by the overall treatment, that he could have done the worse paint job or missed a toe, and I'll still give him 5 stars and 20% tip! My first time at BJ's, so I don't know if this amazing service was a one-off, but definitely will be returning in a few weeks! read more

This was my second time coming here. Both tomes, excellent service. Got gel mani and pedi.

First time I went my gel polish started cracking within three days and then peeling in less than five. Tried again got a full set and pedicure. They didn't ask what kind I wanted or if I wanted gel polish rushed through the entire process and after two hours my toes were still wet ended up smudging them when getting into my car they tried to blame me and say I bumped my toe too hard that's why it smudged. Went home after paying $80 and was woken up that night from pain in my finger nails. Asked for a refund and they clipped my acrylics and gave me $25 back. Told me I should have taken Advil for the soreness had to explain it wasn't just sore but I was literally woken up from how bad they hurt. read more
