The worst service I've ever had! I went to do a manicure and pedicure about five times and two…read moretimes I had to go back and tell them about the bad job they did to me. This month I had a wedding on April 11 and I went to do a manicure two days before at the 8th , they did a manicure (jelly) and pedicure jelly too and removed my mustache total $95.00 plus $10 as a tip. The first time I went they did a bad job at jelly French manicure within two days one of my nails got chipped and I went back two days later and they told me to come to the next day and the lady was not nice, I decided don't come back but I made a big mistake and I went again because I wanted to give them another chance and I shouldn't. My nails started chipping in about two days, I was very busy I couldn't go back sooner, but when you do the check in they send you a message, so I messaged them let them know about the lausy job they did but they didn't reply, I got really busy I couldn't go right away but the finger nail polish was falling like she just did a basic manicure but I asked her ( the owner) I wanted a jelly manicure and I paid for it $45.00 I have couple years doing jelly manicure I used to go with a lady that do a good job and last me untill I decided to have new color sometimes last a month and the polish never come out, this time come out very easy, so either she didn't do jelly stuff as I asked her or the owner didn't prepare the finger nail right or something happened because I'm about two days stared peeling off so I went to talk to her and she was just stared to do a manicure for a client and I explained to her when she sent the lady to wash her hands I was nice at that time but the owner had and actitud and told me to wait for her I thought ok I think she is understanding what is going on, when finally she finished after about 40 minutes she told me she couldn't do anything, really lady! You told me you couldn't do anything after I waited 40 minutes why she didn't say it before when I just came in and I explained to her. I felt insulted no body does that and I don't understand how they do a bad job and I saw people coming in all the time, made me believe that because I'm Latina it's why they treated me like that and they don't care the quality of service latinos get. I just saw another bad review but in that case the lady is Afroamericano. Anyways I feel sorry for people to get bad treatment from them they don't deserve our business, when I was living I told the owner written a review and never came back and she told me she won't appreciate my business too and I didn't look back but I heard a loud noise I think she shouted the door as soon as a leave because we were standing close to the door, she is rude she doesn't deserve any business. They should be permanently closed to her salon , I'll scale this case because this is not how you treat people in America maybe from where she is but no here. Do yourself a favor and don't go there if you don't want a lousy job and bad treatment because they are not friendly they look like you have two heads just disgusting!

Was nice as she was getting a mani and me a pedi, so they put me on the end so we could talk. Staff was friendly, gave a great pedicure, salon is small, very well kept/clean and was nice because they spoke English the whole time. Additionally they didn't try to up sell me on every little add on for a pedicure and they take credit card!! Most nail places around town are cash only, but it was nice as they are not. Only knock is the location. During the time I was getting my nails done they had 2 random people come in asking what time it was. When my friend and I went to leave the workers had locked the door. When I arrived, a young lady who was doing nails asked if she could help me. I told her I was there for my eyebrows. Shortly after, she began speaking in Spanish, complaining about customers, saying how rude some are, how some have bad vibes, and how she has to pretend to be nice to certain people. I believe she assumed I didn't understand Spanish, but I understood every word. I stayed quiet the entire time because I didn't want to risk having a bad experience with my eyebrow service if I spoke up. As a customer, I should be able to walk into an establishment and feel welcomed and comfortable, not sit there listening to employees bad-mouth other customers. This experience left a very bad impression on me. If this is how staff speak about customers while others are present, I can only imagine what they say when no one is around. Beware! He took that very offensive and called me a liar. He threw my hand and I told my daughter we were leaving, he followed me and my 9 yr old daughter out yelling and cussing me out all the way to our car.
