It felt pretty clean but by far it was the most expensive and the worst acrylic fill I have ever gotten. I keep my nails totally basic. I don't even usually get color on them just nude acrylic powder and clearcoat. This is what I asked for, but somehow it ended up with polish. My nails are not shaped well and there are rough uneven edges. Lots of Dips & bumps and just don't look right. To be honest I am kind of embarrassed of them. They def don't look like I just got them freshly filled. I did have a broken nail, which would add to the cost, but I still think that a little over $70 was quite steep. The lady was nice and friendly, but I will not be returning. I don't mind paying the price if the finished result looks nice. I am very disappointed to say the least. Unfortunately I felt as though we didn't get this same experience. The girl who was working on me I'm not sure if she was new or nervous but as far as a head/neck massage I barely got one. I have very thick hair so I figured maybe she felt intimidated by it but I did tell her I don't mind the pressure on my head giving her the green light to be more hands on. Once the head treatment was done she started to blow dry my hair she did this for maybe 5 mins then said I know your probably hungry so your hair is still wet and has me get up. I had to go home and blow dry my hair because it was really wet still. Normally I wouldn't complain considering I didn't even say anything then but I feel like if I'm paying $250 for a service it should be completed all the way. Sad that this was my first experience here and I didn't get what I was hoping for. Hopefully others have a better experience moving forward.
