7/30/26 The Nail Design place I found open at 9:30 in the…read moremorning. I found this place open while waiting for my dad to get out of eye surgery. I had about 90 minutes to two hours to kill and thought about getting my legs waxed. If you saw the movie Romeo Must Die, there is a line Han Sing (Jet Li's character) says just before the final fight. I am feeling that way right now. Nail Design says they can wax men's legs, but then the technician got uncomfortable seeing a man's private parts. I do not wear underwear when getting my full legs waxed. Wax on clothing is not appealing to me. I asked the technician if she had a towel and she gladly provided one. I am happy about that because the air conditioning was on full blast. The nail technician who I will now refer to as Procter going forward remained upbeat, but I got the sense I was getting a rush job done on me. Still, the feeling of the hair being ripped from my skin and the smooth feeling afterwards is aesthetically pleasing...oh, and let's not forget Invigorating as well. It is hard to say it, but I have to say it, it's probably me. Seeing how I was in a time crunch, I did not catch all the body hair patches on my legs that was missed. This is my fault, I did not check the goods before the show began. Que Sera Sera as they say. Procter did a better job removing hair on my upper leg near my groin than the lower leg. For all the work that was done on my full leg, Procter is skilled at not causing pain on the hair removal. So if you are like Andy Stitzer, Procter is the woman for you. The clean up on the removal wasn't bad, but I feel Procter wasn't as thorough as she could have been. Oh well, Procter did the best she could do and it cost me $80.00 bucks plus three dollars for the credit card fee. I am not sure if I will ever use this place's services again, but Procter did remove the most important hair I wanted removed first. I give this place four stars for taking me in and helping me get rid of unwanted body hair. Thanks Procter.

I got a basic pedicure, and was surprised when they even wrapped hot towels around my legs as they worked on my nails. I also got a gel french mani, which came out excellent. The total bill before tip was $75 which for both a gel mani + pedi is on the more reasonable price for this region. They had a lot of regulars coming in who seemed happy. I will definitely return.

They have a variety of products and the people there are so nice. I usually get a pedicure and gel manicure or polish change and find that they have a large selection to choose from. They are always very detail oriented and I feel great walking out. Also the ambiance is very relaxing and I definitely appreciate the quiet vibe.
