The guy gave incorrect information. My bill was way more than what I agreed to. I bought one phone & was charged for 3 lines! I went back for him to fix it twice; he acted like I was the problem! Go to another location. The worst! read more

Do not go to this location. They will charge you for accessories to increase their sales, and they will not tell you about it. They are taking advantage of you just so they have more sales at their store. I had to talk to 3 representatives to be able to return items that I did not even order. read more

Worst place to go for T-Mobile wireless home or phone,these guys are liars and misrepresent what T mobile advertise ,it happend with me they charged my card and supposed to be free if I return the wireless modem within 15 days,I tried to return it in 7 days but they didn't take the modem rather they sent me to gurnee in t mobile corporate store drive all the way and corporate guys told me they should have taken the return and given you refund, so guys if you go there you will be loose thanks for reading it so beware!!! read more

Today Monday July 5 2021 the manager was very rude. The two employees were not knowledgeable about upgrading telephones. They were playing only Spanish music the whole 1 and 1/2 hours we were in there. Not helpful at all. I recommend you use another location. read more

Will never go there again and after today I will be changing service after 25+ years with sprint after they merged with t-mobile nothing but problems , this store the 2 girls working should not be in customer service read more
