It's never a short visit when purchasing a new phone so waiting times could exceed an hour. T-Mobile has a very good model and is making a lot of money in the process. I do not think adding a few more chairs and another associate would be a problem. I highly recommend getting to the store about 10 minutes prior to opening or you will need to just wait.
