Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. But perhaps the biggest sin of Razzolink is that with their false claims of service they discourage competitors. Can we all quit at once? Can we get together and fund a competent rural ISP provider? When I complain and want a refund for non-service with Mike in Razzolink sales, he says it will cost me $250 to get out... after all this non-service and abuse. There's a reason Razzolink has one of the lowest Yelp scores in the industry. I sure wish I'd read up beforehand.

Since I don't live nearby their shop, I took advantage of the free Uber service they provide to have your device picked up from and delivered back to you. Thankfully this wasn't an issue. I don't know of any other company who offers this service, let alone at no charge. I am delighted and relieved to say that Total Computer Solutions was successful at being able to retrieve almost 100% of my data - the few irretrievable files ended up being not very important to me anyway. I know once I get toner installed I will have 50 duplicate print jobs from repeatedly smashing the Print button. Scratch paper right?????? Yeah, I know
