    Internet Service is spotty. Service technicians are great though. No other real choices in our area so you just deal with it.

    terrible customer service doesnt remove payments from my bill that i am not even using, go with starlink or something else

Amazing customer service! The managers and all employees that work here are phenomenal. I was helped by Jesse and he went above and beyond to make sure I got the phone I wanted. There was some problems with the process at first but he quickly resolved it and I was able to get a Samsung Note 20 5G Ultra smart phone. He was very patient and did not blink or panic once. I never got past the signs.. Didn't ask my name and see to have an attitude. When I tried to explain he talk over me . When I tried to show him he wouldn't listen. Finally I showed him a program called maleware bytes that is recommended for androids and I beta tested many years ago and he judged it as bad. I even said can't we set down. He said no need. Said nothing wrong with my phone.He kept talking over me. I was just inside the door.i reached up to get my phone and he said HAVE A NICE DAY. He said his name is Ceasar. He is the heavy set ceasar. The other one and all the other employees are very kind. We started with in Verizon 2001. He is the only one that has been rude I may switch because of this. Just an added note. 25 years ago we had our wedding planned. Yes at our old age. The wedding was going to be at TAHOE. Our kids had cell phones. We needed to communicate with directions. So we went to Verizon . It was on Freedom by safeway. Our first cell. Then this TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The first phone was in my husband ROY s name later switched to mine.

    Full on scammers. I went here to buy a flip phone for fun, I usually don't have a lot of money…read morefloating around so when I was in talks with them about buying it, I made sure to thoroughly ask about and go over the costs and plan costs before I even considered actually buying it. The male employee told me about the plans and recommended me one where I would pay ONCE for talk and text and I made sure to confirm this with him because I know first hand I cannot pay for random charges. We confirmed this and I bought the phone. Used it for fun for a couple months, then was sent a letter about a random $61 charge. I don't expect to get my charges for anything in mail anymore so I didn't open this letter and was then sent another one saying they added a late fee. Now $91. I was scared so I called their support number and WAS TOLD that this charge would be the "last charge" and it was "to finalize everything" and to "set it in stone" I knew it was bullshit but I paid it. It has been months since then and now all of a sudden, they do it again. Mind you I haven't texted or called once on this thing in MONTHS. I just have it for fun, because I thought it would be fun. With another late fee, now again $91 that I cannot afford. Sending me more and more and more threatening letters to pay this off. I was lied to and scammed and then threatened to pay bills I was told and confirmed I would never get. Do not go here. They will scam you.

    I am writing this for two seperate entities. Rent A Center the company and Rent A Center the…read moreWatsonville store. Lets start with the good news, the Watsonville store. My experience with them was over the top fantastic. These people are caring, helpful and make the store visit a pleasure. I wish i could get everything there! Food, medications and sundries i would love to go see them every day! I just got a new refriderator there and i like it a lot. It wasnt the model i wanted but its a great new fridge. So the store is freindly, betond clean and inviting and they make you feel special when you go in . 5 stars ti the store! Now for the not so great . Rent a Center the company needs a little work. When i looked on line for my fridge i found almost all fridges were out of stock. Including the one I wanted, which i would have been paying twice the amount for. So i ordered the second choice. I went in to do the paperwork and arrange delivery but the one i ordered was not in stock either. I had to settle for the one they had. And im happy with it. But i have a problem with companies who advertise things they dont have and offer nothing by way or explanation or give you a time where something might be available, if ever. In my caese the people that work in the store saved this sale . I would have walked out otherwise. The company needs to to be more diligent about having the stock that they advertise. Bottom line. Go into the store and look around. They have so many quality products and different ways to pay. And that way you can actually see what is available instead of falling in love with something on line and being disappointed when they dont have it in stock. I will own my fridge in under 6 months at the low cash price rather than the rent to own price. The people there want to see you buy the merchandise at an fair, affordable price and will help you in any possible way to make it happen. I cant wait to buy more stuff there. I just dont know if it will be a huge 3D TV, a dining set, a gaming laptop, a home theater system or maybe some new tires for my car. Ill keep you posted!
