I was experiencing problems w my iPhone. I thought I had taken too many pictures or something. Jorge came over and assisted me. He calmed me down and looked into the problems I was having. He looked and after a bit found I didn't have much memory left after the recent update. After helping to fix the problem he reminded me that it was a temporary fix that would probably only last till the next update or so. He found a promo where I could get a new iPhone for a minimal charge. I was very fortunate. Both him and the manager were very understanding. I am grateful. We purchased 3 phones because we were promised $800.00 rebate each. I paid 1 phones balance off and they said I no longer qualify for the rebate on the cell, wow!! We were told we had 30 days to return the other phones, we returned them 15 days and they said no rebate!!! Don't trust them read more

I have been to this T-mobile multiple times, have have gotten the same service or really bad service from there employees! I think if you talk down a customer you shouldn't work in a customer job! I think it's completely bs. T-mobile has lost four value customers! read more

Best customer service and they know what they are doing! First of, shoutout to Ashley? (not sure how to spell her name), but she helped us out the whole time and clarified all the misinformation that I was given from another branch. She went out of her way to make sure everything was cleared up before having us leave the store. She made calls and waited for things to update on her end before letting it go. She was also the reason why I got my veteran status verified and she was surprised that it wasn't handled correctly in the first place.
