He completely refurbished my old Aireserv unit which needed maintenance in the outside unit, replaced parts in the hallway unit, and flushed out the system. Our units are 17 and 15 years old respectively so I thought it might be time to see how much a new system would cost. This was my idea, it surprised the repairman. We are assigned a salesman- Tanner Scarber. He called us before the appointment time and called us again letting us know he ran into traffic and would be a few minutes late. This made a big impression on me - keeping us informed of his arrival and not keeping us in the dark. Tanner was pleasant and asked us a few questions then took a look at our units and the home. He asked us if we were satisfied with the cooling and heating we currently have. Yes. We told him we just wanted a quote on how much it would be to replace the units we have since they were getting old and didn't want them to die in the summer heat or winter cold. Tanner was not pushy, he didn't try to push us into a system that was expensive or something that we didn't need. He made sure that we received our discounts from Lennox and the gas company. He got right to the point of our unit. He understood that we could wait to buy and let us make the decision. No scare tactics. Tanner is just a person who you could trust. When he told us the price, I felt it was fair and what I was expecting. I would highly recommend Tanner and Aire Serv for honest repairs and sales.

I always use this location with no issues, but today was different. The attendant helping me out wanted to weigh the bigger envelope without all the contents that would be inside of it, to which I told her if it's a weighted item, everything that's going inside the larger envelope should be weighed. After going back and forth for much longer than needed to about what should be done, she decides to do as I was asking (despite her attitude written all over her face). She mentioned it would be a bigger charge and to which I am fine with because on the way to the original destination, everything should be weighed for accuracy, but the smaller envelope should be weighed separately with the contents that will be returning to me. As I was leaving the store, before I could even step outside the building, I heard the other staff (Brooke) say, "you were right." With other customers still in line, we're is the decorum? Anyways, let me start by saying I live in Colorado and found a ring online but had problems ordering due to a specific size so I called the online customer service and it took me to this store. Kevin is the store manger and he was the one who helped me. Super professional and helpful and made everything run smoothly and kept all his promises with shipping and sizing and etc. He even sent me a video of him packaging up my ring!! Never seen service like this in my life or at least these days! Now fast forward to now and I live in Colorado and have my beautiful ring which he sent with a sizer bead in case my ring size I gave him was off. My ring is a little big so I currently have the sizer bead still on and need to get my ring fixed. Brought it to my local store and it was a complete nightmare and disaster, honestly I did not know what to do?! Called Kevin at this location and he is going above and beyond to fix my issue and to make me happy. He seriously made my day!!
