My phone had been cracked for the past two months when I dropped It again and I was completely unable to use my phone. I took it to Skinny's and it took about 45 minutes to fix my screen. I believe it cost around $170. I knew they would do quality work, so I had no problem paying the price. I can definitely tell the difference in the quality of my screen. I called the store, they said hey we did what we did, we put 800 dollars into it and refunded you the original money so we can't do anything more then hung up on me. Terrible shop. Update: Came in the next day after they texted me that the laptop repair technician was there. When I areived I was promptly seen ,they dis fix the battery issue and the display issue as much as they could along with refunding me the full repair. Prompt seevice that I was happy with. Terrible service. I brought in my MSI Katana 15 laptop for a simple case repair in weeks ago. They said it would take 5-6 days from ordering the parts to having the repair completed. It has instead taken three weeks, they broke my display and then a hinge when doing the repair. Now when I finally was able to pick it up the manager was not there and I had to pay 175 to get my laptop back after missing several commissions caused by the very late return. After I then discovered that whoever the technician was they didn't reconnect the battery or superbattery back to the motherboard when putting it back together so now my laptop shuts off whenever the power cord disconnects. The new screen they added to replace the one they broke also doesn't fit correctly on my casing. Overall a terrible experience and service. At least I still have my laptop's ram sticks still there, with how everything has developed I wouldn't have been surprised if those had somehow gone missing either.
