My phone had just gone completely black while I was out on a hike in Snow Canyon State Park. Not being from the area I was scared to death it wouldn't be able to be fixed.. I was able to find this T-Mobile store in St George and Josh took control and said "I think i know how to fix this." Within 5 minutes my soul and my phone were both restored.. just standing in line watching these two young guys handle each customer ahead of me, I was impressed by their patience, kindness, and willingness to help. Changed from Verizon and so far (3) yrs they have kept their promises. I changed from horrible infowest for my internet and went with T-Mobile. 4 months and so far wonderful. We have a couple of older T-Mobile smart phones we want to give to our grandchildren, but were having some trouble setting them up. We talked to the people on the T-Mobile helpline, but didn't have any success. We have been to the T-Mobile store on Bluff Street before and they were very helpful, so we decided to check them to see if they could help us. Spencer approached us when we walked into the store and offered to help us. He was great. Our issue was not straightforward since the phones had been out of use for several years, but he was able to work his way through it. He was a very nice guy intent on helping us out, which he did. If you are currently or considering being a T-Mobile customer we suggest you go to the Bluff Street store. Our experiences there have always been very good. read more

First of all I've never had better customer service . The people were SO welcoming and willing to spend any amount of time we we could understand everything about our upgrades and any other questions we may have had . I had terrible experiences at every other t mobile but these people were awesome !! read more

I have to say when I went to upgrade our phones the the Note 4, they were very helpful. It's not really thier fault, but it always seems to be busy when I go in there. All the staff were busy helping everyone, but I can't fault them for that. They handled it well. The store was neat and the other customers and I had a funny conversation as we waited. I have been a Tmobile customer for a very long time and used to sell phones for them. I have always been happy with thier service and professionalism. I plan on being a customer well into the future unless something bad happens! read more

I have gone in twice in the last year for different promotions and received terrible unhelpful customer service. Both times I apparently didn't qualify for the promotion, which I understand and accept, but for Pete's sake! the associates working with me could not give a single helpful suggestion to what I could do. This location has lethargic employees who don't understand their products and don't care about the people who walk through their doors. I will not visit this location again. read more

Their promotions are great but their employees seem like they are inconvenienced by the customers. I have gone there three times and I have felt like a burden. As soon as my phone is paid off, I will switch to another carrier. read more
