The techs are great, 3 stars for them, minus 2 stars for their crappy customer service. Oddly, I called the Washington County Tax Assessors office to resolve a tax issue, Woman answers the phone and resolved my tax issue in under 5 min. the County manages 91,460 households but somehow a private exterminating company feels the need to use AI and 3 different people to complete a very simple task, unbelievable!

Best Customer Service…read more I called to schedule an appointment to have my parents home sprayed. The woman I spoke with was very nice and had great customer service skills. I explained to her what was needed and she had a service technician out to us the next day. It was incredible. I thought we would be a couple weeks out at least. We were so pleased with the work done and how quickly it was done. And their rate was a lot lower than we thought it would be. We will definitely be using them again.
