As much as I like their onsite service, I cancelled because of my experience over the phone, I needed to update my CC info and change my service to bi-monthly, they use AI which is irritating to me, I then get transferred to a live person who updated my CC, she was very nice and took care of it, then I get transferred to a supervisor to change the scheduling, she interrupted and talked over me the entire time, she said the rate would crease if I made the change and it's better to keep it as is, which means I would be penalized $15 more a month if I don't keep the monthly service, OK, almost 20 min on the phone and having to listen to music that would drive a cat insane, I asked to cancel service which she then transfers me AGAIN to another supervisor, now I REALLY want to CANCEL, she gave me an attitude too. The techs are great, 3 stars for them, minus 2 stars for their crappy customer service. Oddly, I called the Washington County Tax Assessors office to resolve a tax issue, Woman answers the phone and resolved my tax issue in under 5 min. the County manages 91,460 households but somehow a private exterminating company feels the need to use AI and 3 different people to complete a very simple task, unbelievable! read more

Customer service is incredible. Fast call back and was to our house within a couple of hours for new service. Ty, the Exterminator was unbelievable gracious in our concerns, went well beyond his job to make us feel good and safe. I also want to say that the guy that set things up (sorry, I dont have his name) was remarkable also. We moved to Mesquite last year and the first thing on my list was to get a pest control service because I am deathly afraid of scorpions. I called Bulwark right away. They always either call or text, and email right before they come. They also give a time window. Since we have animals, we like to know when to keep them out of the backyard. Michael Tyler is always courteous, and rings the doorbell before he sprays. He asks if we have any concerns, and if we do, he takes special and extra care in handling our needs. Their prices are reasonable and so far, I have only seen one scorpion. Our Petsitter saw it first and killed it, but it was outside on the patio. We have never seen a scorpion or many bugs at all in our pool. And we just had our flooring done and when we went through the whole house, not a dead or live bug in sight! read more

I have had this extermination company since I moved into my house 4 1/2 years ago. Initially, they were awesome! I had the same technician for a while and never had a problem. Eventually, he moved on and I had a revolving door of technicians. I would come home from an extended time away to find that the company would not heed my requests on leaving receipts on the door and advertising that I was away. They would also forget to come inside to treat the inside as we had discussed. I came home one time and found 9 black widows spread out over almost every window. I was going to cancel but was talked into staying with them and they would give me 3 free treatments. It has been an ongoing struggle with them and I finally chose to find another exterminator. If you can babysit them when they are here they would be a good option, otherwise you would be better off with another exterminating company. read more
