Bug Blaster had a contract with my HMO which was terminated last month THANKFULLY. I hired them privately twice as the HMO contract was limited to common areas only. The first time was approx 3 yrs ago. I had some sort of critter living in my walk-in closet that chewed thru a $600 pair of leather boots which I kept on a shelf. They DID NOT find or eradicate whatever it was. I had to wait it out till the critter voluntarily left. That cost me $120 and was guaranteed tho I never received ANY refund. Next time was about a month ago. I was living with WORMS which crawled around my front porch every night after dark. Again no success in getting rid of this gross infestation. Unfortunately I'm an elderly female with a very weak stomach and merely looking at the gross disgusting worms often left me actually vomiting (that's also gross!). Bug Blasters sprayed to no avail. ($67 this time) That happens I'm sure a lot but here's why my experience with them finds me leaving a review. I never blamed BB for what happened; no accusations at all BUT following the treatment, my beloved dog, a shihtzu, almost overnight completely lost both her eyesight and hearing. This is totally breaking my heart as thru out the day and night, I lead her to her food dish and the front door. I walk beside her as she bumps into everything. If you're an animal lover, you know what this nightmare is like tho hopefully you've never experienced it. Tears are flowing just writing about it. I'm being 100% upfront with you all and will say that my vet doesn't think the worm treatment caused my pup's disabilities. I just find it strange that it happened overnight instead of gradually. After comprehensive research, I called BB and asked for the name of their spray. It took 3 calls for them to say "Defend". But I needed to know the ACTIVE INGREDIENTS so the poison control center could advise me. Despite repeated phone calls with me BEGGING, they wouldn't do this research for me or even call me back. IS THIS THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU WISH TO HIRE? I THINK NOT. Apologies for the length of this review but I want you to have ALL THE FACTS that made our lives a NIGHTMARE. read more

Amazing co. I found a scorpion in my house the night prior to calling bug busters ... also had some cockroaches in the house because I was trying to deal with the bug situation on my own... after the scorpion finding I called multiple bug companies and bug busters was the first to respond... they arrived 1 hour after I got in contact with them! What's not to like about pest control? Certainly not the critters, but the men (only seen men) at Bug Blasters are top notch. I must be a favorite customer as they don't dismiss my desire to be separated from God's little pests. From chasing ants back outside to bringing the heavy juice to attack Indianmeal moth larvae. We keep the garage sprayed as a deterrent. Bug Blasters love proactive preventive maintenance, but they recognize "emergencies" and give top priorities to satisfy customers. I gave them 5 stars knowing any future problems with bigger varmints like snakes, racoons, or moles (ugh) will be handled quickly and as humanly as possible. The technician who sprayed my home was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to address all of my concerns and offered to come back anytime if I found more ant nests. My new go to pest control company! I had a gopher eating up my lawn. I had tried to do it myself and all I did was piss Mr. Gopher off. More dirt mounds on my lawn and holes everywhere! Bug Blasters came and set a trap and came by this morning to check it. I asked if they got it and he showed me on his a huge gopher deceased in the trap! I asked if there was more than one.
