Bug Blaster had a contract with my HMO which was terminated last month THANKFULLY. I hired them…read moreprivately twice as the HMO contract was limited to common areas only. The first time was approx 3 yrs ago. I had some sort of critter living in my walk-in closet that chewed thru a $600 pair of leather boots which I kept on a shelf. They DID NOT find or eradicate whatever it was. I had to wait it out till the critter voluntarily left. That cost me $120 and was guaranteed tho I never received ANY refund. Next time was about a month ago. I was living with WORMS which crawled around my front porch every night after dark. Again no success in getting rid of this gross infestation. Unfortunately I'm an elderly female with a very weak stomach and merely looking at the gross disgusting worms often left me actually vomiting (that's also gross!). Bug Blasters sprayed to no avail. ($67 this time) That happens I'm sure a lot but here's why my experience with them finds me leaving a review. I never blamed BB for what happened; no accusations at all BUT following the treatment, my beloved dog, a shihtzu, almost overnight completely lost both her eyesight and hearing. This is totally breaking my heart as thru out the day and night, I lead her to her food dish and the front door. I walk beside her as she bumps into everything. If you're an animal lover, you know what this nightmare is like tho hopefully you've never experienced it. Tears are flowing just writing about it. I'm being 100% upfront with you all and will say that my vet doesn't think the worm treatment caused my pup's disabilities. I just find it strange that it happened overnight instead of gradually. After comprehensive research, I called BB and asked for the name of their spray. It took 3 calls for them to say "Defend". But I needed to know the ACTIVE INGREDIENTS so the poison control center could advise me. Despite repeated phone calls with me BEGGING, they wouldn't do this research for me or even call me back. IS THIS THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU WISH TO HIRE? I THINK NOT. Apologies for the length of this review but I want you to have ALL THE FACTS that made our lives a NIGHTMARE.

I know this sounds gross but my pantry was infested with what Google said was "pantry moth larvae"…read more I pray you don't ever have to experience all those critters crawling around and are really hard to get rid of. I tried for 2 weeks and finally gave up and called Bron at Bug Blasters. He sqeeeezed me in the next day and saved the day today. Thank you SO MUCH- I will wait like you said to make sure you showed them whose boss before I put everything back in the pantry. It will be nice to see my kitchen counters again.

As much as I like their onsite service, I cancelled because of my experience over the phone, I…read moreneeded to update my CC info and change my service to bi-monthly, they use AI which is irritating to me, I then get transferred to a live person who updated my CC, she was very nice and took care of it, then I get transferred to a supervisor to change the scheduling, she interrupted and talked over me the entire time, she said the rate would crease if I made the change and it's better to keep it as is, which means I would be penalized $15 more a month if I don't keep the monthly service, OK, almost 20 min on the phone and having to listen to music that would drive a cat insane, I asked to cancel service which she then transfers me AGAIN to another supervisor, now I REALLY want to CANCEL, she gave me an attitude too. The techs are great, 3 stars for them, minus 2 stars for their crappy customer service. Oddly, I called the Washington County Tax Assessors office to resolve a tax issue, Woman answers the phone and resolved my tax issue in under 5 min. the County manages 91,460 households but somehow a private exterminating company feels the need to use AI and 3 different people to complete a very simple task, unbelievable!
