The first time was approx 3 yrs ago. I had some sort of critter living in my walk-in closet that chewed thru a $600 pair of leather boots which I kept on a shelf. They DID NOT find or eradicate whatever it was. I had to wait it out till the critter voluntarily left. That cost me $120 and was guaranteed tho I never received ANY refund. Next time was about a month ago. I was living with WORMS which crawled around my front porch every night after dark. Again no success in getting rid of this gross infestation. Unfortunately I'm an elderly female with a very weak stomach and merely looking at the gross disgusting worms often left me actually vomiting (that's also gross!). Bug Blasters sprayed to no avail. ($67 this time) That happens I'm sure a lot but here's why my experience with them finds me leaving a review. I never blamed BB for what happened; no accusations at all BUT following the treatment, my beloved dog, a shihtzu, almost overnight completely lost both her eyesight and hearing. This is totally breaking my heart as thru out the day and night, I lead her to her food dish and the front door. I walk beside her as she bumps into everything. If you're an animal lover, you know what this nightmare is like tho hopefully you've never experienced it. Tears are flowing just writing about it. I'm being 100% upfront with you all and will say that my vet doesn't think the worm treatment caused my pup's disabilities. I just find it strange that it happened overnight instead of gradually. After comprehensive research, I called BB and asked for the name of their spray. It took 3 calls for them to say "Defend". But I needed to know the ACTIVE INGREDIENTS so the poison control center could advise me. Despite repeated phone calls with me BEGGING, they wouldn't do this research for me or even call me back. IS THIS THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU WISH TO HIRE? I THINK NOT. Apologies for the length of this review but I want you to have ALL THE FACTS that made our lives a NIGHTMARE.

We live in a newer neighborhood and everyone told us we would get scorpions. In almost two years we've only seen one, it was dead and never even made it in the house. I called customer service asking to speak to someone who could review my termite contract with me, as the tech who treated my home made statements that had me questioning if I need to upgrade my contract. 1. cust serv rep #1 said they would have someone call me. 2. a week later no call was made I called cust serv rep #2 and asked to have someone call me. 3. a week later I had not received a call so I called cust serv rep #3 who said she shows an agent was coming out to discuss the contract on May 1st and they would call 30 ahead of the appointment 4. about 30 mins later I get a call from a tech who said he was advised by his supervisor to call me. LOL... I advised him that we had an appointment on May 1st... He advised we don't work on Sunday... I asked him if he could answer my contract questions, and he said no, I just apply the treatment. I advised him I already had a treatment. 5. Called cust serv rep #4 and asked to speak to a supervisor. She gave me the supervisor and I explained what I needed she said she would have the local manager call me. I asked for his name and number she advised I don't have that info. I asked for her direct number so if no call came I could call her back, she said no, just call the regular no customer service number... Humm, they can't provide a person in management, They can't provide a local manager contact info and they could not find my contract to send me... They did send it over 30 days later.
