As much as I like their onsite service, I cancelled because of my experience over the phone, I…read moreneeded to update my CC info and change my service to bi-monthly, they use AI which is irritating to me, I then get transferred to a live person who updated my CC, she was very nice and took care of it, then I get transferred to a supervisor to change the scheduling, she interrupted and talked over me the entire time, she said the rate would crease if I made the change and it's better to keep it as is, which means I would be penalized $15 more a month if I don't keep the monthly service, OK, almost 20 min on the phone and having to listen to music that would drive a cat insane, I asked to cancel service which she then transfers me AGAIN to another supervisor, now I REALLY want to CANCEL, she gave me an attitude too. The techs are great, 3 stars for them, minus 2 stars for their crappy customer service. Oddly, I called the Washington County Tax Assessors office to resolve a tax issue, Woman answers the phone and resolved my tax issue in under 5 min. the County manages 91,460 households but somehow a private exterminating company feels the need to use AI and 3 different people to complete a very simple task, unbelievable!

We live in a newer neighborhood and everyone told us we would get scorpions. In almost two years we've only seen one, it was dead and never even made it in the house.
