So my phone is in sos mode and I go on my app to pay my bill and I can't they locked my account cause I could not pay I lost my job and am in the middle of moving so yay this is cool and the app tells me to call them and fix it HOW I FUCKING CANT YALL PUT MY PHONE IN SOS MODE I CANT CALL YOU GUYS AT ALM TO FIX IT AND CANT EVEN USE YOUR GUYS APP so you tell me what im supposed to do? I can't call you guys and I can't pay on my app? So do I just trash this phone and get a new one with a did provider? read more

The worst customer service I've ever received at a phone store. This T-Mobile is located in a mall. I walked in there frantic because someone had just STOLEN my phone. I asked if there was any way they could shut my phone off, or if I could log in somewhere and use the find my iPhone app to LOCK it, and I could possibly track it. The guy was so incapable of understanding what I was saying he went and got someone else from the back who came out with an attitude say "what are you asking for??" With a tone. I restated to him everything that happened and I just needed them to shut it off. They told me they would not help me and it's against their policy. I repeated "IM A T-MOBILE CUSTOMER. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT AND SHUT IT OFF." The guy just was like nope it's against corporate policy for you to log in to any devices here. I explained THAT WAS FINE I JUST NEED TO SHUT IT OFF AND REPORT IT STOLEN. He refused to help me so I walked out in tears. How the F are customers supposed to report their phone stolen IF THEIR PHONE IS F***ING STOLEN AND THEY ONLY WAY TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IS TO GO INTO A STORE YOU PAY MONEY TO?!!! In the end, they didn't try to help, didn't try to give me other options or solutions, just pretty much gave me the not helping you get out vibe staring at me like I'm stupid. read more

My husband and I got new phones on or about April 15, 2019. When opting on a phone plan the manager (male) stated that getting the pay off cards to pay my account at AT&T. they would do all the paperwork and I would not have to do anything. NOT TRUE i recieved two emails requiring me to provide the same info I provided the day I got my new phone from T Mobile then again through text message with employee we got phones from young female untrained not knowlegeable. then again on that Saturday or Sunday April 20 or 21st. while it has only been three weeks still waiting for vertual I also was clear I did not want to purchase the overpriced cell phone cases for the three phones we recieved, next thing I knew they were bringing out cases and screen protectors. The manager made it seem as if they were part of the plan we bought. They were not for now they are on our bill for payment plan for 60 plus dollars for each case. These same type of cases I can buy on AMAZON for 5-10 dollars. Which was the reason I stated quite clearly when I originally stated I did not want them from T MOBILE. Screen protectors we were clear we wanted glass protectors we recieved the plastic film covers that were poorly installed with air bubbles that did not settle and edges not adhered to phones - with one being defective. They assured us that they would call us when glass protectors were recieved in store. It is now May 6th we still have poorly installed and defective screen protectors. We called the store on May 5th to find out if new screen protectors were recieved we were told NO. We asked to speak to manager, stated manager was currently with customer, we were asked to call back in 5-10 minutes. My husband asked for the manager to call us back for we did not want to play phone tag. While the staff appeared to be open and friendly and a few not educated in the business - they also DO NOT FOLLOW through with promises made I would not recommend this store, not sure I would reccommend TMOBILE in general. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. Helped me with my switch from sprint and got me better phones, service and a lower price!

I've visited store twice now. Not impressed with customer service. Wont be back. First time I waited at least 30 minutes to purchase new phone, additional 15 to get out the door. Manager was away getting a hair cut, and the guy at the counter was left to deal with several customers alone during peak hours. Second visit I met the manager who doesn't really seem to care about making a good impression, nor resolving smoothly the issue I had. Which was the new phone I bought not working. she was very abrasive, and came across demeaningly, whether realizing it or not. When asked about the issue with the phone she said, "I'm not going to go into detail" even though I was the only one in the store. Hmm, interesting. I would put up with a militant style of customer service if I felt my questions were answered, etc. Having been with t mobile for almost 10 years maybe its time for a change. Poor customer service. None of the employees there including the manager care about Guests walking into their store. All of them were very unpleasant and unprofessional. The manager was very abrasive and ignorant. I won't be going back to this store. read more
