I had the pleasure of working with Jonathon this week. He was fantastic. My mothers phone wasn't that old (3 years) but she is. So the thought of buying a new phone and teaching her how to navigate was a little over whelming . She had a strange memory storage problem that me and my tech brother could not figure out, Jonathan persevered, and fixed it instead of trying to upsell us. I am a huge fan of Tmobile always have been and especially this week. Thank you, Jonathon! In addition, the store was very clean and a pleasant place to be. If I could give it a negative star rating, I WOULD!! I spent my entire day trying to get my account set up and fixed at this store (literally) while at the end of the day they could not even fully fix it and kept claiming that if they could not fix it, no one else can because they have tried everything but clearly that was FALSE, because we went to another T-mobile where the agent took LESS THAN A MINUTE to FIX everything. If you are in the area, DO NOT COME HERE. It doesn't matter if you're the two immediate stores on both sides, in the neighborhood or city. This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I wanted to trade in and upgrade my iphone. This is my second time doing a trade in. The first time I traded in my iPhone, it was a iPhone xs and it was in worse condition than my current phone I want to trade in, MUCH WORSE. But they took it in. I issues asked. My current phone has very very few scratches on the side (in picture below). When I walked in yesterday, an hour before they closed, they take off my screen protector and start examining my phone. I am looking at their display phones while they are examining my iPhone and I hear them say to each other that "he has to go online". I immediately turn around confused and I see them giggling. They repeat their message just towards me this time but they cannot contain their laughter, because they obviously did not want to help me (on surveillance too, around 5:15pm). I assume it is because it is a Sunday and they are going to close in an hour, but come on, why even open the store then. Upset, but helpless, I leave. I call T-Mobile customer service and they told me an option I have is to do a deferred trade in, meaning I get my new upgraded iPhone and keep my current phone, fix it up, and send it in to tmobile via usps. I go in and ask for that service and they tell me I cannot do that because my phone doesn't pass their screening of a valid trade in iPhone. I am confused and am getting ready to leave when i asked "if my phone passed your screening, then why would I need to do a differed trade in. 1 of the 2 employees there simply goes "I'm new so I really don't know, ask my manager". That honestly was the best part of my entire experience, the honesty. I do not mind in the slightest if there are other issues beyond your control, like being new or not know exactly how to do something. But the entire time up until this gentleman said that I was looked at as a pest they wanted to get rid off. The manager then switched up and tells me her manager said she can actually do the transfer. After about 5 minutes she tells me never mind she cannot, as the "system wasn't allowing her to work on apple devices". I'm a very understanding person. I never got disrespectful with them, never raised my voice, never went against their word, they just did not want to help me. I wanted to report this to the manager but i realized customer service that poor cannot be fixed it has to be removed and replaced and I know that's not happening. I would like to be contacted about the situation by the store manager to further discuss a trade in because I still need it. But I doubt that will happen and. I'll probably end up going else where instead. Moral of story, there's an another tmobile 7 minutes up the street in white oak. read more

This was my first time going to this tmobile.I usually go to a T-Mobile further away because I know they have amazing customer service.I wish I had made the drive to the T-Mobile further away.This T-Mobile had terrible customer service the employee Jorge was noticably annoyed by me asking questions.Who ever is the manager at this location teach your employees customer service and that asking questions doesn't mean disputing.I gave 3 stars because he did overall answer most of my questions. read more
