Terrible website. No Live chat with a Representative unless you are already a customer. Charges more for fewer lines with less data than they do for multiple lines with more data. How does that make any sense?! I can't answer that here because there was no one available to answer that question for me. Read the fine print and double check the service areas. There is a reason they have had to start using your home wifi to power their calls. read more

I showed up with a brand new iPhone 6 Plus ready to transition from my former cellular phone company and in a short amount of time was set-up and ready to go. Because the representative in the past, they mess up a lot of things to my family account and give a lot of unclear, wrong information. So I basically lost trust on them. Until I found MICHAEL N. and get to work with him. He is the best at his job. He know what to do to help you as long as it is reasonable. He always try to do the best for us. Singing the praise of tre (and Michael) at this tmobile store w joy! Tre helped me get my replacement phone set up last year wirh suggestions beyond what I realized I needed, including forwarding all my photos to google drive automatically. This week when my phone was destroyed, my stomache sank w the loss of all my photos of my young children for the past year. Finding them filed away neatly in drive was beautiful. I was dreading coming in to change my phone service over to T-Mobile -- the company had a plan I was interested in, but all my previous experiences with every phone company have been terrible (including experiences with T-Mobile a few years ago). I have been to several T-Mobile stores over the years. This one is my favorite because the employees seem to be very savvy. I bought a new phone from Michael N. 3 weeks ago and went back for some help with navigating the device yesterday. Michael was not in but Jordan B was there and was extraordinary. Even though he did not sell me the phone he spent a great deal of time helping me with some tricky issues. He was warm and friendly and very patient with me as an older woman who is not right on top of technology. I highly recommend talking with him if you are interested in a new phone. read more

For weeks I have been trying to transfer my simple prepaid number to a land line. Apparently I am disappointed with TMob and would have given 1/2 star if that was an option. Since I made MANY attempts to get this accomplished even after calling TMob and speaking with a male with such a heavy accent I could barely understand him, except he said put a number 1 before my number, ok did that and today again I get the message that they need the password/pin number and SOS.....I do not recommend EVER using TMob since they instantly transfer your number to them but getting them to release it to another carrier and they cannot perform. read more

Although I agree that Micheal N. is "warm and funny" he does this to trick you by saying items are FREE when really they aren't and instead they accumulate costs in your ACCOUNT total and NOT your actual bill every month. He clearly did not disclose properly with me at least twice. First, I came in asking about the poor cell service I was receiving in my house (I was getting zero bars even with 4G but I was still paying my phone bill) and he gave me the 4G LTE Signal Booster / Personal Cell Spot. HE GAVE IT TO ME FOR FREE and continued to tell me it would HAVE NO EFFECT on my bill. However I just found out that I owe T mobile over 500$ because guess what? he also sold me the FREE tablet and with both those devices, they accumulated over time towards my account total. I came in to see him several times before figuring this out to pay my bill and he never said ANYTHING about these devices accumulating charges or that they were indeed not FREE. Instead he proceeded to tell me that my bill every month would be under 30$ since I had already paid off my phone. He lied to my face. I am extremely unsatisfied with this location and will never be going back again. Now am I scrambling to pay this account total I didn't even know would result from being given the 4G LTE Signal Booster/ Personal Cell Spot or the Tablet. Do not trust Micheal N. when he says what he is giving you is for FREE. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU SIGN A PAPER. Screw you Micheal N. thanks a lot for not explaining this crucial part of the agreement to me. read more

T-Mobile seems to be a sinking ship, kept alive in large part by the use of constantly shifting bait and switch tactics. The employees here are generally pretty nice considering they're working for a sleazy company- there's always an undercurrent of weary cynicism. You can get a good deal if you're willing to pay with your time, going in every few months to protest fees for services you'd been lead to believe you were not signing up for. Last year T-Mobile settled a class action law suit for one of these, but it quickly becomes clear these are tricky maneuvers and they're taken to task for only a tiny fraction of them. The one positive thing I can say is that they offer such a good deal on coverage when traveling overseas that I keep putting up with it. read more

I'm a brand new iphone user, never having had a smart phone. Took phone home after first connected to TMobile, and found couldn't figure it out, even though it was explained by a perfectly competent associate the first time around. I took it back, and had an amazing experience with Michael. He was kind, patient, sat me down, had me go through it (rather than click away and then present the phone to me). We spent at least an hour on basic stuff that I'm sure bored the hell out of him, but he was engaged and very kindly. That's the word that keeps coming up: kind, patient. Explained everything clearly, without rushing me along, even though there were others waiting, helped me formulate the questions I was only barely able to understand enough to ask, and explained more as I began to understand and ask even more questions (rather than tell me all at once, when I wouldn't be able to absorb well). We had many complications too, since it was a previously owned unlocked phone, with glitches. read more
