    The staff was extremely helpful and explained concerns I had about my phone and coverage. I will definitely be coming back.

    The people who work there don't know what they are doing!! I switched from sprint and all I have had is problems!!!

    Hector was the worst. High on something. Couldn't figure out what he was doing. All he wanted to do…read morewas tell me about his life story, how he's a salsa dancer and his father is in prison for dog fighting. And how wonderful he is and he's like the top of the line in technology and he's an IT guy. When in fact he completely screwed up my phone service. I was switching from T-Mobile to Metro. And he can't giving me different prices, when I called them out on it like dude how much am I going to be paying? He then flipped out told me to get the f*** out of his store, and threw my phone at me that had now no service at all on it. I told him I had phone service when I walked in here I'm going to have phone service when I walked out otherwise I'm going to sue the pants off of you. The guy was definitely high on something cuz he was talking to his coworker about how they were out of their stuff and they needed to contact their person to get some more stuff. He's staying there dancing now he's a salsa dancer and all this other stuff I mean like dude I just want phone service. Got pissed off cuz I asked him how much am I going to be paying I told you what my budget is he couldn't figure out what he was doing he was too high. He never gave me the SIM card from my old service, I had to go back to the store and he calls the police on on me telling them that I'm the one that went crazy on him. I then contacted the Nashua store to try to get in touch with the district manager spoke to some guy by the name of Ahmed, who assured me this was not the first time that they had complaints about this guy and that they were going to take care of it. Promise to get back in touch with me never did. And when I call the national store to go where is Ahmed I need to talk to him I get hung up on. Worst service on the planet worst customer service on the planet, and I am now going to file a complaint with the police department and the court I'm going to sue them. Do not go to MetroPCS not any of the locations save your money go somewhere else

    Never go to this store!…read more My wife went to this store to upgrade her phone because we were told that if we upgraded her phone that the $150 balloon payment on her current phone would be credited. That is where the issue started with this store. The gentleman sold her the the highest priced phone in the store. Maybe it is the best available but certainly not necessary and probably got them the best commission. They then told her that she needed to buy a new USB-C charger because her current USB-C charger won't work. Then they told her that the $40 screen protector was part of an insurance program that was needed. During this process, they added a new phone line to our account for $20 additional per month. When she asked about the $150 credit, she was told that T-Mobile service would need to provide. When speaking to T-Mobile it was learned that the store had to do this change so we went BACK to the store to have this done. This was a 2 hour process that the manager assured us that it had gone through but couldn't get verification from the system. We asked for an email confirmation and they agreed to do so (during this time, we returned the screen protector and charger) A week later, we not only learned that the credit was never applied but also learned that an additional line was added which we were being charged for. Fortunately, T-Mobile corporate was able to override and credit us the $150 and also remove the additional line that they set up. Funny thing was is every time we questioned each of these odd charges, there was an excuse given. Will never go back to this store and recommend going to Portsmouth T Mobile corporate store.
