So I brought it back, they replaced it again but told me it still wasn't working, so they replaced the Home button. I picked it up and noticed the Home button didn't appear to "click" properly but ignored it, because I am an optimist. I shelved the iPad, as I only use it when traveling, but when I got it out to use it, the screen was coming off the iPad. See attached pictures. In the area where it was coming off the worst, the screen was cracked. It was pretty obvious to me that it was cracked because of the fact that it was slowly peeling off the iPad, as it hadn't been used, but I of course cannot prove that. So I reached out to Joe the owner, who said it's not covered because of the crack. In our text correspondence he used the phrase "Not looking to go 10 rounds with you." which I found amusing, that this business owner likens customer service to boxing.
