I had a problem with my phone a few weeks ago, and these guys had no idea how to fix it. Well,…read morepossibly it was just a sick phone? No, because I called Applecare while I was in the store and the fix was trivial (hold down the Home and Power buttons and count to 10). All better! I mentioned this today to a T-Mobil person in a different store (Burington Maill) and he was incredulus that these guys didn't know this simple fix...until I told him which store it was. Turns out, although this looks like a T-Mobil store it is not run or staffed by T-Mobil. It;s like one of these kisosks in some malls -- it is run by a different company under contract to T-Mobil. (THis makes lpots of money fpor T-Mobil, but the services is not the quality you thought you were paying for.) My advice -- Stay away.
