They have a massive, constantly rotating variety of games and a deep knowledge of so many systems. I often see rare games (like original Pokémon, castlevania, etc.) and coveted systems for sale. They happily repaired my Nintendo DS after I'd been refused by every technician in the NH/MA area. The repair was very cheap and done quickly and seamlessly. I am so thankful to have my DS working again- the lovely people at game zone made my week (: Salem would be missing without local, honest places like this. Highly recommend.

I went online and found gotopcrepairs and sent an email at around 530 am on a Saturday morning to see if they could help. I picked this company as it is the same city I reside and I try to support the local business community. I was shocked to receive a reply email an hour later at 6:30 am asking me a few questions about the upgrade. John was great and to make a long story short, I dropped off the laptop at 9 am and picked it up (with the work completed) and I was back to my house by 1030 am. Everything was done professionally and my laptop which I am using now could not be running better. Honestly, I felt guilty at the price seeing that it was a weekend and done on short notice. So if you need work done on your computer call gotopcrepairs you will not regret it.

The process was super easy; complete the form by selecting the repair option (more on that to come), what device you have, what is wrong with it, your contact information, and how you'd like to be contacted. The repair options are to either visit the store or a come-to-you service which is unique, convenient, and a great option that sets them apart from other companies. And the at your door service does not have any hidden or extra fees! They are very responsive and quick to get in touch once you submit the form. I reached out during business hours and got a response immediately! I really liked that they asked how to contact - via call, text, or email. I needed my iPad, 9th gen fixed. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. They were very communicative throughout the process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to have them complete repairs the next day! They did a great job with the repair - it looks brand new and you can't tell that there was an accident in the first place! They also asked if I wanted to add a screen protector which I appreciated as I would prefer not to break my screen again. They charged $20 for the protector and application, which I thought was reasonable and worth it for me not to have to mess with putting it on myself. Since I had a case already, I did not need one but they sell cases and accessories too. I highly recommend checking out Fix 'N Repair if you are in Wakefield or surrounding towns. Again, it was super quick and easy, great service, and a job well done!!

He also was talking me through what he was doing and why he was doing it, which really put my nervous mind at ease. Their prices were very reasonable (although it sucks to pay $200 for a new laptop screen) and they called me when my laptop was going to take longer than originally expected to fix. They even stayed later than their office hours so that I could pick up my laptop after work. I called another repair shop shortly after and they said they would take the job no problem and were able to essentially diagnose the problem over the phone (a solution consistent with that I explained over the phone). Perhaps Replay'd should adjust their policies and their attitude towards potential customers as they never know what opportunities may be lying on the other line.
