At the time, I was already using Frontier Fiber 500 Mbps for $49/month. Since Spectrum offered a faster plan for nearly the same price, I agreed to switch. To make sure everything was accurate, I called Spectrum's customer service at 1 (833) 737-0874 the day before the installation. The representative confirmed that Spectrum Fiber was available at my address. On August 4, the installation technician, Andy, arrived. After checking every utility box in the neighborhood, he informed me that there were no Spectrum fiber connections available. In other words, the service I was promised simply did not exist at my location. As a result, I had already canceled my Frontier service based on Spectrum's assurances. Now I regret that decision and have to call Frontier again to ask them to reconnect my internet. This experience wasted my time, caused unnecessary inconvenience, and showed a serious lack of communication within Spectrum. Customers should not be told that fiber service is available when it isn't. I sincerely hope Spectrum's management sees this review and takes steps to improve the accuracy of the information provided by its sales representatives and customer service.

I have tried to cancel my service and went back to an analog system though Comcast which works much better. I am still having to pay the completion of the 5 year contact for the remaining 9 months of my contract. The ex partner in the business is gone but I am stuck with this communication company, with their terrible service, terrible customer service, and the 60 month contract. No not use this company unless you are a fool that likes to be taken for a ride

The prices were competitive and all the workers were on time and very polite. The quality has been very good and they called again a week after install to make sure our fiber was working and see if we had any issues or problems.I highly recommend them. Yelp needs to add more categories because there is a lack of categories for network/data cabling, fiber optic, voip (voice over ip), paging/intercom systems,security camera installation- all of which this company does.

I found Sarasota Networks who in their website said they were Ubiquity installers. Franklin spent quite a bit of time testing all pieces of the system to figure out problem. Franklin even contacted Ubiquity and had them work with us to resolve issues. Making some changes in settings and working with Ubiquity on a firmware correction has made the access points stable. He was always available to discuss issues we observed and to investigate them. The pricing for the work was reasonable considering all the aspects which needed to be reviewed and investigated. Sarasota Networks was willing to spend the time diagnosing the problem instead of just making quick changes.
