I called last month to cancel my service with this company because the service was bad and expensive, this month they still took money from my bank just like that. I tried calling costumer service and they send me to the store buy unfortunately they couldn't get to my account because it's close already. They took my money even though the account it's close already, how? now I'm trying to fix something they did wrong and still cant get help. Why am I trying to fix some they did wrong? I really needed that money and now it looks like they keeping it and can't do anything about it. Service here is this bad and frustrating. I only gave this one star because I had to in order to write this review!!! Totally deceived by the sales person ALLY!!! This sales person did not tell us that the phone my husband purchased would be on an installment plan was led to believe that we paid for it then!!! Called and spoke with the manager SEAN who has the worst customer service skills ever I was explaining the situation to him and he said " I know maam you have told me the same thing three times". My husband has been a customer with Sprint for over 20 something years and since they were bought out by TMobil the service has gone majorly DOWNHILL!!! Did I mention the manager is sean and the sales person is ally, manager sean and sales person is ally so now I have mentioned there names THREE TIMES!!! read more

My wife and I purchased new phones, phone covers, chargers and screen protectors about 6 months back. They offered a deal for $500 speaker for a one time hundred charge. I did not want the speaker, but I was not gonna pass up a great deal. Needless to say, the next month I see a charge on my phone bill for the rest of the speaker, spread out over 12 months. I have tried going in to the store to return it, but they wouldn't take it back since it is over 30 days. The only reason it was over 30 days, was due to the fact that it did not show up on my phone bill until after 30 days. Since then I have gone in or called multiple people at the location, always asking for the manager who apparently is never there, nor does he call when I passed out my phone number. Finally Paul and syed explained that there were more then a few issues with that speaker and customers being over charged and they were working on getting situated but they did not have an ETA, because the store had a limited amount of claims it could make each month. I understood this, but I have reached out in email to both of them around 10 times, following up on when the issue has been resolved and I have received exactly 1 email response back. Simply put, everyone at this store needs to learn actual customer service and not just how to be salesmen. Shawn the manager needs to get better educated and also get rid of his bossy rude demeanor. Wasted my time here, Was trying to do a deferred trade-in and was told can't do that because they have to see the device in person or else it's a liability to them. False. The purpose of a "deferred" trade in is that the trade-in credit comes AFTER T-Mobile receives my old device and inspects it to make sure it is how I described it. So there is no liability to them. If the device is not as described, the customer "I" don't get the credit and I'm the one at loss. This was just a made up excuse because they weren't informed. I went to another store and they were able to do it right away and they told me they are allowed to do it all the time. Called this store back to let them know I was able to do it at another store and to get better educated before wasting others time and their response? "Are you trying to a prove a point here? My District Manager said I can't do it" At least he owned up to it and apologized. Please get better informed of your own services. read more
