Mr. Colin Sinclair (Manager) spent a couple hours with us going over the phones in great detail. His knowledge was a huge help in determining what phone was best for me. Once I decided what to buy Colin was able to get all off my information off my damaged iPhone and install it on my new iPhone 10R with the exact set up I had before. Colin was able to address ALL my questions and concerns! After having my new iPhone 10R a few days I had a few questions and called Mr. Sinclair back a couple times to better understand some of the new features and customize them to my style. Colin has a very positive attitude and is so respectful to his customers. I've been with Verizon for over twenty years and have never received the high quality service I received from this young man. He worked with me and took care of other customers at the same time. Usually, it's been my experience that after the sale is complete, customer service comes to an abrupt halt. He is patient, knowledgeable, humble and friendly. He helps with technical issues, and explains them in a way I can understand. I would put him in the category as a super-exceptional employee and should be acknowledged. Any business would be fortunate to have him as an employee. Kudos to you, Jayson! You rock!

Review: This little store popped up after this particular rented space had been turned over a billion times by small businesses that didn't make it. I had Boost Mobile and made the mistake of putting it on automatic renew with a credit card (it saved me $5 a month and gave me extra data)...MONTHS after I CANCELLED my service they charged my card for someone elses account, and then told me that I was SOL because I no longer had an account and they couldn't trace my charge. They were flat out rude, disrespectful, and had complete disregard for the fact that they were stealing money from me. They actually had the audacity to ask me how I even noticed the charge to my card (Ummm...I receive a text message for every charge on that card)..the issue is still not resolved and may take weeks for my bank to resolve.

After the "new" screen was replaced, the volume button doesn't work. My camera doesn't work and what they told me is that they will reorder a nicer screen. A nicer screen? Do customers expect a lesser quality screen? I ordered a new battery as well. No call back and now their phone won't receive my calls. I've shown up twice and they're idea of taking down customers contact information is a sticky note. Go there if you'd like, but I hope you don't have the same issues that I did. There's plenty of other reviews where customers were treated right, apparently.

I did find another store that would service iPhone8's but their price was substantially higher than the price at Batteries Plus MONDAY - Scheduled an appointment for replacement of a battery in an iPhone. Got an email confirming my appointment. I arrived at the appointed time and was told that they didn't have a technician on Monday and couldn't do the battery replacement. In their defense (at least partially), they did try calling an hour before my appointment but their call was blocked by my call-blocking software. Warning - don't rely on their email confirmations. TUESDAY - I made an appointment and returned the next day. The technician (assistant manager) was prepared and had the replacement battery at the counter - ready to install. He said the installation would take 30-45 minutes. I returned 45 minutes later and the installation was complete. Very satisfied with their service Friendly staff, good service, fair price.

But, she recommended it because it's not busy, so that kinda makes sense. We got excellent service, and friendly attitudes for an older user and a bored toddler. Lots of recommendations for what to do nearby (distractions, and food.) News on area businesses (the closed bagel shop, the old Russian deli, the much-missed bookstore.) Prices seemed reasonable (for cell stuff.) No hard sell; she got what she wanted. I'll keep this in mind for accessories and maybe new phones. Still best to go to corporate stores for technical issues, I think, though these guys could at least do some triage and point you in the right direction.

After looking at literally everywhere that came up on the search I found this place whose had the cheapest prices out of every other place. It only cost me 75 bucks and every other store wasn't even close. All the others ranged from 90 to 200 dollars. So that was a no brainier. When I was calling around everywhere said it would take 45 minutes to 2 hours of I didn't have to make an appointment. Dave at iFixx had it done in no more that 15 minutes max and he was nice enough to stay and wait for me. On top of the awesome time and price the customer service was outstanding. Dave could not have been nicer or more friendly. I actually had a good time just hanging out there! It didn't hurt that he had video games that I could play while I was waiting and a ton of awesome accessories to check out.
