    I highly recommend this T-Moblie store every time I come in they greet me and help solve my issues promptly. I came in one day to get a 5g internet tower for my new apartment. The person who helped me was Cade, he knew exactly what I wanted and help me fill out my tower information. It was smooth and easy. The tower set up was fast and I got internet running in no time. He help me set up for auto pay, instead of paying 55$ a month I pay 50$ a month. Thank you for the amazing customer service and for being easy to work with.

    Im very happy with Dylan and Cade for the service they provided to me great customerservice skills. The only iuess I have is the store manager promise me a ipad 10 as a new t-mobile customer and I went in today to get 3 new lines plus wfi home internet plus 3 new phones plus accessories because I transfer my service from AT&T when Dylan called him about the Ipad I was promised he said that he made a mistake. But I know for sure he mentioned the brand new Ipad as one of the offers because I point to it and he said it was the brand new one that is out. He didnt own up to his word. The only way he can rectify this is by owing up to what he said and provide an ipad 10 as I was promised not to ipad 9. If that happens I will correct my review. But other than that Dylan and Cade gets a thumbs up good job guys!!!!!

    Tmobile from customer service via PHONE did a great job helping me out, but sadly we're having a hard time checking out through online, so he recomended me to go to the store so they can help me out in person BUT when I went here in Tmobile Poway, there's a person name Gabe, not sure if he's racist or what, when i first get in he just look at me and continue talking while browsing his PHONE! super disrepectful, I told him about my situation and I already tried to talk to the customer service but then he mentioned that "oh I hate customer sevice" okay? why would you tell that to your customer?? then he wants me to show proof BY going to the website and do it all over again not even trying to check on his system whats going on. THIS IS THE WORST store ever!

I spec'd out datacenter grade CAT6A and associated components. Brian's work is very high quality and he was very flexible and always listened to exactly what I wanted. And trust me, I was VERY specific, as I'm an IT Pro/Blogger. I'm VERY hard to please, and I was very happy with the work. I wanted my wiring closet to look like a work of art, and it does! While I connected and labeled the patch cables myself, his home run keystone runs were exceptionally tidy. I would hire him in a second for any future drops.

We have a decent sized house, and the Internet wasn't working consistently to all areas for a few years. The first tech who came out, was here for at least 6 hours and could not figure out what the problem was. The second company I hired, charged me a fee to come out and take a look. He was here for about 15-20 minutes and told me I needed to upgraded my equipment and charged me $200. He said there was something unplugged, which there wasn't. After he left the Internet was still not working properly. I found Simply Wired on Yelp, and boy am I happy camper. He came out for a free consultation, sent me a quote within a few days and a list of equipment I needed to purchase (my old equipment was a few years old and I just wanted to start new anyways). After receiving all the items, Brian came out and set it all up. My 'wire closet' or whatever it's called was so messy and full of old wiring and equipment that we couldn't even close the door. Not only can we close it now, but it looks amazing. He also used some of my old equipment to help boost the signal in certain areas. After the install, I had a couple of questions, texted him and he immediately responded. Brian is professional, reasonably priced, has great communication and smart! Don't hesitate to hire him. I only wish I found him sooner!

We tried repeatedly to have it fixed...Protel has refused to fix it unless we pay them again. There have been numerous problems prior to this one.     This company is as horrible as they come. They will take money for a service up front and fail to…read moredeliver it in the timetable promised. If your involved with orders double check what they do , other than a cookie cutter phone system, it will not be fulfilled correctly. Multiple T1's? They like to cut corners and not fulfill contract obligations, and their excuse is, "it WORKS anyways doesn't it?" They will charge you almost two hundred dollars and have you wait five-six hours or longer for a a technician to respond to you. In five hours I could have wiped and re-installed everything according to directions on the internet. Do not rely on these clowns. You pay $11,000.00 annually for a service contract? Assume you contact them tuesday with a less than critical problem. Unless it is hardware failure expect to be contacted somewhere close to 4:50pm on friday with assurances they will respond next week. Since at least THEY know what they are doing. You are better off hiring their technicians directly, instead of the monstrosity that responds to 1-800-GOP-ROTE. Don't blame the Tech's, blame the management, ownership, and general lack of ethics that lead to these issues in the first place.

In the last four or five years since Ron has retired and sold the company, David Cody and his sons have bought it I have watched the integrity of the company evaporate. Until recently we were a customer from the early days where costumer service was the highest priority. We inherited David Cody when he bought the company and right away we were shocked by the tone and accusations when we opened our first trouble ticket with a the new owner. Customer service is a boxing match every time we would call. We put up with it for as long as we could because changing providers is a lot of hassle on its own. We really tried to be cordial but after needlessly having to endure such vitriol and back handed comments, and associates in tears after trouble calls, we decided enough and called to cancel our service. During the sunset period of our business relationship the conversations got meaner and accusatory. Making us send equipment across the state rather than having there tech come out and pick it up, charging us full monthly fees after we had parted ways for months because one piece of hardware out of the fifty instruments on our site had not been returned yet for continuity reasons. This is not a company I would EVER recommend to anyone. Stay away, plenty of other companies with better business models. Only gave them one star because they did provide us with phone service, but the juice is not worth the squeeze as they say.
