Whenever we have a computer issue or something that is just not working quit right we can call them up and have them take care of the issue remotely. They have helped me add more laptops to my studio while still on a budget by building me a refurbished unit. More recently I had an error message come up on my laptop and before I clicked anything I called them up to tell them what the message said and how I should handle it. I was told I would have to bring the laptop in for them to work on. They were able to save the hard drive and I was already sent up for automatic backups with them so everything was safe. I did have to buy a new laptop with the help of the nerds on what I should be looking for. I then dropped the new laptop off with them and they got everything up and loaded on it for me with all my old "stuff" so I was ready to go. I highly recommend using them for any IT!

Horrible horrible customer service. Comcast charged me twice for the same month plus a late fee. I…read morepay $427.34/month. They maintain that they didn't recieve the payment due on 3/23/26. My banking records clearly show that a payment of $427.34 was indeed paid to Comcast on 3/23. I called the bank to confirm that the payment went through. They told me tha Comcast was paid and to take my bank statement to Comcast to clear it up. I went to the local Xfinity store (Seabrook, NH) thinking, as soon as they see my bank statement, they'll credit my account. After all, they take payments there and credit accounts accordingly. Nope, they looked over my bank statement, checked they're own records, and told me that they never got the payment, to call my bank and there was nothing they could do..and they were very rude about it. I couldn't believe they would engage in such a blatant rip-off for $427.34 plus $19.75 late payment fee. Time to cut the cord and stream.

Four clerks and four customers all glued to their phones. Finally someone looks up. "I need to cancel my service." Idiot clerk gets my details, looks up my account. I look around. Notice there's an old frail guy with a cane struggling on the sidewalk to reach the door. Nobody in the store notices. I run and open the door for him, get thanks. Walk back to the desk. Idiot Clerk hands me a receipt. "There you go. All cancelled." Dead in the water, finito, crushed like a bug. I'm afraid I raised my voice. "No, no, no, no, no, no! Next question, "On what day do you wish to cancel, sir?" I'm in the middle of moving! I'm getting 100 emails a day! And you just killed my Internet dead! I need it canceled NEXT WEEK after I move out!" "Oops." Get the manager. Can you restore it? "Nope. Have to enroll in an entire new plan, pay for new installation and new service..." For a week? JFC, what a bunch of morons. Better they stay glued to their phones than deal with real people in the real world! Oh, and icing on the cake, Xfinity keeps dunning me for two months' service!

I called this shop for a question about my broken computer and didn't expect more than the typical…read more"bring it in and I'll look at it" response. Instead the owner, Dave, actually spent around 15 minutes on the phone talking me through what the issues could be and giving me solid advice with no expectations of anything in return. It turns out that I do actually need to bring it to him after attempting a few things myself but I feel confident that I will be treated well.

Not only does he work on our personal computers but he also works on our company server and associated computers. We had worked with another company, and had been grossly overcharged.. been lied to. Dave has always been straight forward with what needs to be done, at a reasonable cost. He has always been upfront about costs involved. On countless occasions he has saved us from having to get new laptops or desktops. Regarding some of the negative comments here. Dave doesn't Whine, (that's pretty laughable).... and it's hard to believe that he charges for work that he doesn't' do. The man is as honest as they come, and is more than capable... I highly recommend his services!!
