I switched from Verizon to T Mobile. When I asked about their coverage they showed me a map and my home location showed excellent coverage. However; if I'm texting to someone who also has an iPhone there is no issues. But to another service it's hit and miss. Sometimes I have to try 3-4 times to get my text through. But there are times I have to move around my home b4,my message goes through. Than there are those very frustrating times where I cannot get a message through at all. I came in here after I was on the phone for an hour to no avail, trying to port over from ATT. The rep here was super nice, did it under 10 minutes, and wanted to make sure the rest of the process is set up where I can finish it easily. Really impressed with the customer service read more

If I could have given this store less then one star I would have. I was in for a trade in promotion for an iPhone but was told my phone was not accepted because of a cracked screen. They continued with the purchasing process not telling me it would have been to my advantage to have the screen repaired then brought in for promo. When questioned about this "Sam" and "Kim" both had condescending and sarcastic answers. Eluding to the fact I should have been aware of all parts of promo rules before hand and would I purchase a phone with a cracked screen?? Are you kidding me?? I will never use this store or any other store associated with this manager again. read more

I have been a customer at this Patchogue location four times since I set up my T-Mobile account several years ago. Even though I have to drive an hour to Patchogue from where I live, I have never left the shop disappointed. Last week I brought in a damaged phone to discuss what options were available for replacing it. The store representative, John Matuszak, patiently answered my questions and supported the process, contacting two T-Mobile customer representatives by phone. I left the shop after an hour and-a-half knowing a replacement phone was on the way. Besides having competent and professional store representatives, I recommend the T-Mobile network. read more

Walked in and quickly walked out. The salesman started feeding us and the other customers a BS story about an issue with iPhones 7s in a lame attempt to upsell all of us. Thankfully the customers in front of us had shopped around and called him out on that and the fact that he quoted $20 more a month than the current deal aside from the bs story. We walked out and went to another t-mobile in Patchogue and indeed got the $20 cheaper a month deal! We will never be back.
