They were just concerned with ripping me off and charging the most and getting the most for the store . I said I would contact manager . They quickly got on the phone with manager trying to explain away their rudeness . Anyone who keeps these people on their staff is crazy. They way they spoke to us and other people who came in after us was horrendous. Save time, money and being treated poorly and never use this store and any other one associated with this manager

However; if I'm texting to someone who also has an iPhone there is no issues. But to another service it's hit and miss. Sometimes I have to try 3-4 times to get my text through. But there are times I have to move around my home b4,my message goes through. Than there are those very frustrating times where I cannot get a message through at all. Never had the issue with Verizon.
