They got back to my super fast and said to come on it to see what they can do. Well, come on in I did and one day later, it was fixed! I was astonished how fast they got it done. They even transferred all my data to a brand new and more robust drive that I sent over to them via next day Prime shipping on Amazon. The prices were reasonable considering the turn around time and the amount of data (nearly 1TB). I'm super glad that small, independent shops like this are still around! I often bring my parents who are not technologically advanced in any way, but the patience these employees have is remarkable, to say the least. They explain everything so well and in a calm understanding manner. Even when there are multiple customers in the store they always do an excellent job of making sure everyone is being attended to.
