The best personalized customer service ever. Took extra time to fix my broken phone so i could get my photos over to my new phone

I was originally a customer of another phone company, my friend told me how much she liked the team at this store- I went and I changed over to sprint- I had the best experience at this store. Store is horrendous. Recently dropped a iPhone off for repair there where they gladly took the phone, which had a virus on it. After several times calling and returning to the store we were given the runaround about where the phone was. First saying we needed to wait for the owner to locate it, then they told us another family member picked up the phone! No one ever picked up the phone from them. They lost a 600 dollar brand new iPhone and tried to pin it on us for losing it. I will be filing a police report, contacting sprint corporate and filing a scathing complaint with the BBB. Very sad they have such incompetent employees. read more

Scam artists! I recently bought a brand new phone from another sprint store. I didn't get my pictures and music backed up on iCloud so I went into this store to have them use the machine to transfer them over. He then proceeded to tell me he was going to charge $15 dollars to plug it in. I have been a sprint customer for 9 years. I don't feel like I should be nickeled and dined for something that should have been taken care of the first time. Not to mention all he did was turn on iCloud which I could have done myself, so none of the numbers that weren't backed up ended up transferring. When they charged my $15+ tax. The item was listed as "misc" so I know he just pocketed the $15 like a scum bag. read more

Came in with a broken phone. Went to riverhead and got no help. The owner Paul went out of his way to retrieve my pictures and get me in to a new phone. Highly recommended!! read more

2 Years in a row I bought my daughter a new I-phone and both years they called her and told her that the phone was ready ugh!!! ( of course I told them this was a gift upfront) Then I upgraded my husbands phone and my phone. So 3 phones had to be returned because they were leased. Guess what, I got a huge bill for over $2,000 for not returning the previous lease's, which the store has to return to sprint I guess, because I couldn't get the new phones til the old ones were turned in. I spent 3-4 hours on phone calls to people in the Philipines for customer service. I went to the store to let them know and the owner was on vacation. Corey helped me speak with customer service and its finally fixed!!! Thank you Corey!!! But otherwise the other employees don't know too much or the owners not training them properly. read more

Great experience! Kenny is an all around awesome guy. I'm not a Sprint customer but that didn't stop him from helping my daughter and I with a broken iPhone 5s screen. He educated us and all the new options for wireless plans while quickly replacing the broken screen. The store also offers great non-sprint gifts, we will be back! Thanks again! read more
