They got back to my super fast and said to come on it to see what they can do. Well, come on in I did and one day later, it was fixed! I was astonished how fast they got it done. They even transferred all my data to a brand new and more robust drive that I sent over to them via next day Prime shipping on Amazon. The prices were reasonable considering the turn around time and the amount of data (nearly 1TB). I'm super glad that small, independent shops like this are still around! John reached out to me when they begin the work to find out what I used the laptop for so he could make sure include those files were included in the back up. Whatever he did, he backed up everything that needed to be. It could be routine to them, but I was very relieved- I dropped off my pc Tuesday, got it back by Thursday. After I picked it up, I downloaded and set up my various software, Restoring my backups.... And it's like nothing ever happened. Laptop closed, dual monitors on, programs up - Ready For Business. I was fully prepared to junk the laptop and just start 2025 over on a newer laptop. That would have really put me behind schedule. I'm very grateful, these guys really helped me out. And their prices are very reasonable. This business pulled through for me!

When I picked up my phone, they had repaired the screen but broken the fingerprint and proximity sensors in the process. They were apologetic and said all the right things so I expected they'd take care of it. They took my name and number down and said they'd call when the parts arrived. I never got any calls from them even after calling for status a handful of times. I stopped into the store numerous times and either the person that broke the phone wasn't in or I got the same song and dance. They'd take my name and number down on post-it notes and tell me they'd call when the parts arrived but they never called. I was surprised to see so many positive reviews for this place when I had such an awful experience. They did a poor job repairing my phone and wouldn't step up and resolve the issues they caused. I would recommend you stay away from the Bohemia location and go to any number of other places to get your phone repaired. They might as well have stolen money right from my pocket.
