I had a number of issues with my T-Mobile account through Customer Service. After getting nowhere, I contacted Dylan at the store location where we purchased the phones. In a matter of an hour, he assisted with a three-way call with Customer Service and resolved the problem that had taken me hours to try to resolve on my own. My mother and I spent 3 intense hours in Tmobile getting a new account and phone set up for me and getting a new phone for a family member. I won't go into details, but at the end of our visit Dylan had spent quite a bit of time answering several questions between 4 of us and lots of troubleshooting. We were so thankful for his patience! Worst customer service ever. I stopped to pick up an online order and was told as soon as I walked in the door to have my license ready then I was totally ignored. 2 employees and 1 customer in the store. After 5 minutes I asked the lady how long the wait would be as I was in a little bit of a time crunch. She asked me what I needed. I told her I was picking up an online order and she told me I had to wait 10 minutes for safe to open. Another customer came in and he was able to go directly to the lady and get helped. Rude customer service compared to other Verizon stores I have been too in the last 2 weeks. I will not come back to this store again. read more

The Store is fine, but my one beef is the support charge that is tacked on by the store for helping their customers in the amount of $35. I asked them to waive it but they refused to do so. This is a deceptive business practice that seems to be a policy of T-mobile. read more

After a few days of stress with Sprint and Apple.com I came into the T-Mobile store in Pasco, WA, to see what they could do for us and Austin and Jason went out of their way for us, giving me a free iphone 10VR and offering another one to my hubby made a deal for us seniors LOLS, but yes it was a great deal, and no stress like some companies make you feel but if you need a GREAT deal and AWESOME guys to work with then go see Jason or Austin or any of them, to do you right, very polite and helpful. Pretty cool in today's world, as most older kids will not give you the time of day, but I was really impressed with the outstanding service and knowledge these boys have, that I gave them some of my how to cook easy recipes as I am sure by time they get off work they feel exhausted like I am after 5 days with dealing with Apple icloud password issues and Sprint billing issues, and want a quick meal but tasty after work. But when I called this morning Jason walked me through 2 of the problems I could not figure out with the new iphones and over the phone it was taken care of, thank you kiddo's you guys are wonderful to work with Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! read more

This t-mobile store, like most t-mobile stores was sub par. The customer service was horrendous and the employees were clueless on what exactly their job consisted of. I went in to return a charger I got a week ago that I wanted to swap out for a better one and pay the difference. Pedro and the lady there didn't even know how to take a return. And wouldn't replace my screen protector that they put on previously and messed up. Apparently they can't do anything for me because the employee that put it on doesn't work there anymore. They want me to come back tomorrow when the manager is in and drive all the way across town at their convenience. All in all T-mobile blows. Go Verizon. read more

T-Mobile does not tell the truth. When we signed up we bought two phones on promotion and traded in two phones for a straight across trade. They, in turn, put us on a two-year installment with a two-year reimbursement. They did not pay off our previous phones and stuck me with the $800 pay off and their phones don't work across many of the states. My husband and I just drove to Denver and our phone did not work at all in Wyoming. In fact, it did not gain service until almost Denver. Once we left Denver it did not have service until we got to Salt Lake City on our return home drive. Outside of Salt Lake it lost service again until we reached Boise. I feel they do not uphold their end of the contract, why should I owe them any money for a paid off phone? So in all, here is a list of states that our T-Mobile phone does not work: most of Oregon, most of Idaho, all of Wyoming, Most of Colorado, Most of Utah, and need I say Large spots in Washington. read more
