From there, it was constant delays and mistakes: * Wrong camera part ordered (twice) * Multiple appointments where nothing was fixed * Weeks of waiting with no resolution Now, after all of this, they're telling me my warranty expired, so I have to pay out of pocket--even though I brought the phone in back in January and they had three months to fix it. At one point they said they'd fix it as a courtesy, but when I came in on April 26th, they refused unless I paid. This wasn't my fault--I followed their process every step of the way. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated errors made this one of the worst service experiences I've had. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I would not recommend these guys for IT services for your business. We used them for an entire year…read morein the hopes that things would smooth out, but they never did. Their customer service is severely lacking, and management acts like they are doing us a favor by allowing us to work with them. It was common for simple tickets to take days or weeks to be addressed, and often you would hear back from multiple techs who clearly had not communicated with each other on the status or progress of what was going on, so you basically had to start from the beginning each time. Even if you scheduled a specific time for a tech to reach out to you, they would completely miss the appointment with no communication, and then they would hop on at random times with no notice. Since you never knew when they would be available again, there was pressure to drop everything to let them work so you knew your issue would be taken care of. Often a tech would tell you that they would call you back, only to not hear from them again and have to call them back yourself. Most of their techs seemed to lack training, and were clearly remote workers who are not local, and there also seemed to be a high turn-over rate. The only reason I put a 2nd star was as a credit to the few local techs who seemed to be trying their best with what little they had to work with as far as proper management. Overall, in our experience, Teknologize lacked organization, low quality of service for their clients, and on top of everything they didn't seem to be capable of improving in any meaningful way even after multiple meetings.
