The store on Court St in Pasco, Wa was not open at 11am. I waited a half hour. All I wanted to do was pay my bill.

Eric was very professional and knowledgeable, but what impressed me the most was that I felt as if a family friend was over to guide me on the best course of action. Eric was very personable and wanted to make sure I understood what was taking place and that things were safe for my family. He also went the extra mile to check out some other common issues with things like the furnace and had some recommendations on what to look out for.
