Customer service was good however information given was wrong. I was trading in my phone and I was told 3 times that I was able to pay it off after the trade in credit hits, but I found out that is not true. I have to be committed to monthly payments for 2 years. This happened the last time I purchased a phone from them so I made sure and asked 3 times...are they sure I can pay it off...and all 3 times he said yes. Verizon just told me that was incorrect information. I would suggest going elsewhere. read more

Waiting for important phone call and my iPhone failed! After 7:00PM. Went to this store. The nicest young man helped me, I mean HELPED. I highly recommend you drive that extra mile to this store, because they'll go the extra mile for you. Cellular companies are often rated barely higher than Congress for approval ratings - with, good reason - but these guys buck the trend. They make Verizon look good. They make cellular carriers look good. The most expert -&- excellent customer service. Our sales rep, Michael, saw us through three visits and made sure every one of our needs was addressed. Every question, he either had the answer or he got one. He even came in on his time off (talk about going the extra mile?) to activate our devices. Likewise, the other employees were knowledgeable, personable, and proactive. The chain manager even had a chat with us on one of our visits. He regularly hits the various locations to make sure they are operating the way he desires. He's obviously very enthused about his work, and it shows. We were allowed to see, handle and play with the various options, to make an informed decision. Our chosen devices needed to be ordered in, because they are top of the line, but this was only a short wait, and no hassle at all. Five stars, and two thumbs up. read more

I give this location five stars because the help I got from Kaylee L was great. She right away greeted and acknowledged my presence me. It was very crazy busy the day I walked in but because of the service I received it was totally worth the wait. Customer service was excellent and that is what brings customers back. I'm giving one star to this location because there communication is not clear and they don't offer you everything that's best for you. They ended up selling my phone to a third party buyer and gave me a credit for accessories in the moment I was not told that verizon them selves could buy my phone and I could get that as a credit on a gift card. I ended up being charged by my previous carrier for a early termination fee for the phones on lease and came to ask how to take advantage of Verizon's up $650 buy out program and turns out I can't because they gave my phone to a third party. Not all associates there are terrible and not my whole experience was terrible but that one thing really ruined my view on them. I would not go back to this location. read more

My daughter recently broke her phone so I agreed to take her in to see if they could fix it. They could not but the very friendly and welcoming employee helped us find the best option for getting a new one. While he was setting it up he told us some jokes and our overall experience was great. Thank you mike, if we ever needed anymore help device wise we will always come back to this Verizon. New to town and stopped in this location to pay my bill. These gentlemen were so nice and helpful, with regards to my Verizon account as well as with information on other local businesses and attractions. We ended up going out of our way the following week to go back to this store and to get my husband a phone - ended up leaving with an additional phone, plus a tablet for our kids, as well as an adjustment to our bill which will decrease our payment. Michael, the store manager, was informative and very helpful - he presented multiple options and took the time needed with us to do what was best for our plan, our devices, and our bill. Got a new phone and had to get it turned on and dialed into my phone plan. The gal in there was great took her about 45 minutes to get it switched mostly because I had tried to do it myself. Can't say enough about this shop. read more

Had a problem with my iPhone not functioning properly. Took it to cell plus and the customer rep was able to get it working for me very quickly. The wait time was short. We reviewed my phone plan to see if they could save me money. I was very satisfied and will return for my future cell phone needs. Nichole's service was outstanding. UPDATE: I received a very nice phone call from the regional manager, who apologized AND offered to do something to compensate us for the terrible customer service we had received. I don't blame the young man who handled our phone purchases - he obviously needs to gain experience. What really put the icing on the cake for me was the indifferent response of the store manager. The regional manager said that he would reach out and educate his managers, so there is hope that things will improve with this location. I, personally, will not be returning to this particular location, there are others nearby, but hopefully the management at this location will learn how to treat customers. Customer service should be more important to this type of a business. We can order online with less hassle. read more

I recently changed to Verizon from US Cellular, I had been with US Cellular for 14 years and always had great customer service from the stores and from the customer service over the phone and great coverage wherever I went. I do travel and go back east and my phone stays on roam and drains the battery. So I switched to Verizon. Little did I realize that Verizon coverage is terrible where I live compared to US Cell. I called customer service and we checked which tower I was going off of and I was told I was in an excellent spot and should have no trouble. My bars constantly go from 0 to 3 and I miss calls or the phone has dead spots, after a half hour of dealing with customer service I was told that I would need to spend $500 on a booster to get proper service. This is great, a $100 a month bill for poor service and I need to spend an extra $500. Going back to US Cell keeps looking better. read more
