They are not honest. They tell you one price and charge you a lot more. I tried to discuss with manager Shawn and he said let me look into it and call you back. He never called back and now won't take my call. They are not an actual Verizon business , just a contract sales business. I spoke directly to Verizon who explained we were treated unfairly and are helping fix the charges that were wrong ! Verizon told me not to go there again and I never will!! read more

I wasn't looking to get new phones only to switch company's I went into the store and was greeted right away from 3 different employees to let me know they would be with me soon when my rep Georgette came over she was kind and very nice and I told her want I wanted and she totally delivered 100% her customer service was excellent she made me and my daughter very happy with our phones and switching companies from sorry ASS BOOST it took a while but was so worth the wait the time and energy her and her co worker Sharon (I think) very knowledgeable about the plans and phones she didn't treat me any different due to the fact I wanted pre paid or looked a total hot mess going in there I was treat with kindness and total respect Totaly with it best customer service I have seen in a long time !! Don't expect them to educate you on the cell phone world. I got a hot shot rip off. And that's what he did ripped me off. I understand he over charged me a phone the rest I don't understand. But I am still paying and I returned the so called free equipment with in the two weeks to cancel. Paid the stocking fee and other fees and still get a bill and turned over to creditors. store itself is great, has plenty to chose from. major draw back. No appointment and worse no sign in. I asked how they keep track of those coming in. Answer we know. I don't think any customer will agree with that. If that were the case other stores wouldn't do the number thing or sign in ETC. I was told someone will be right with you. My view ,when thats said "thats means a few minutes. The line was at least an hour long. The employee seemed to agree. I just got my phone, I need to exchange an item and ask a question. Kristy at Cellular Sales was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable and help me save a ton of money on new phones by calling me back when a iPhone deal I had wanted but missed returned. Great customer service lots of choices it's nice that we switched over to a company with actual service.

I was attempting to switch mobile devices and was having difficulty. At this store I was helped by a woman named "Essence", she was very kind, helpful and professional. While she was unable to resolve my problem she was able to explain the issue to me so that hopefully I could get it resolved at another location that had the proper equipment. I have had terrible experiences with Verizon customer service in the past but feel that if they employed more people with this level of customer service skills there might be less negative posts/yelps about them. The employees at this store are amazing! My wife and I upgraded our phones and we were in an out in an hour! Which isn't bad for a cell store. John was our sales rep and went above and beyond in answering questions and helping us through the process. We had a 14 day return or switch on our new devices and my wife decided that she wanted a different phone so we came back into the store to switch to the phone she wanted and John was very quick when it came to getting her new phone and switching everything over. In and out 20 min! During the phone swapping John was a great rep to talk to which made the whole process nice and easy. I highly recommend going in and asking for John if your a Verizon customer he will definitely take good care of you!!! read more

I have been dealing with this particular store to pay my bill in cash. It seems apparent the customer service works on a commission basis because I can't get any one to help. There has been a couple times waiting for an hour was not an option for me. I see employees with their feet on the desk with not an acknowledgment. Last straw was this week when I needed Customer service and after telling them what I needed without a smile a couple take off for the back behind closed doors and not too be seen again....switching carriers! read more

We have been here 3 times in past month to buy 3 phones. We have had no issues, greeted as we walk in, no lines, no waiting and always dealt with Adam. He is awesome. VERY knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helped us with all we needed! We also bought a Hum for our 16 year old son's car and Adam has been instrumental in helping us set up and understand how it works. Made it easy! Adam is an asset to this store and this Verizon is awesome! There are several other employees there who are always helping others and are super nice! We will never go anywhere else!
