I went back to this t-mobile twice and had 2 great experiences. The gentleman were so helpful at getting me the information I needed to replace my phone. They also informed me about a special they had going on, that I was able to take advantage of. When I came back the next day one of the young ladies from my original review was there and she was STELLAR!!! Do yourself a big favor and go transfer your accounts to Verizon not only do the phone service work better the service and professionalism in the store can't be compared. The staff at the Ossining TMobile store are nothing more than liars! I would give them zero stars if I could. They told me I was getting $400 per traded in Samsung phone, and it turned out TMobile only gave us $200 credit for our phones. I remember telling the staff that the new phone was the same price on Amazon after the credit, but they just smirked. They made up a lame excuse why the credit did not appear on the contract, but reassured us that we'd get the credit. Instead, when I called them to remind them of the deal, they said they'd look into it and get back - still nothing. Called central office, and they also denied the $400. Ossining TMobile staff are liars - do not trust them! They will tell you anything to get you to buy a phone and a contract. read more
