I went in to Verizon yesterday to get help setting up my two gizmo Watches that I had purchased around Christmas time. I hadn't been able to get them set up yet because the man who sold them to me at a different location never added the lines to the account, and every time I called 611 for help they were unable to get it done. Nadeen, the store manager here is terrible at customer service...in my opinion. Walked into the store at 12pm, two customers being helped, one customer waiting ahead of me. After about 5 minutes, nadeen came over to ask to say she wanted to put our names in a queue. Not sure why...when she finished with her customer (12:20) she promptly just walked back to her office, no acknowledgment of me, the customer. Meanwhile the other store rep was kindly taking care of her customer so could not help me...20 more minutes later I inquired as to if now there was only her on the floor. Yes, I'm told. There's a mandatory managers meeting at 12:30pm on Mondays...which is why Nadeen disappeared. Listen, I have no problem with mandatory meetings, but a good customer service rep would've informed me that she wouldn't be able to help me and would have checked to see how much longer the other rep would be... read more

My cousin who speaks zero English was able to have her account logged into so she did not have to worry about access to the next bill. She also helped her order two iPhone 17 pro plus. This is just a review on a single employee. I had an issue with messaging non iPhone accounts after updating my phone. I went to two different tmobile shops, the first one looked at my phone and said it was an Apple problem and Apple was working on it, the second just had no clue. I then went to tmobile in Oregon City and luckily a CSR named Nadeen helped me. Although she never had encountered this problem before, With in 10 minutes she solved the problem. Customer service goes along way in representing a company, as most have fallen off and have a "I got no time for you" attitude. I came into the store today to get my phone traded in and a gentleman behind the counter named Ryan smelled like alcohol I tried to explain my situation to him and he kept overriding and interrupting me I felt it was kind of rude I kept it to myself then shortly after he walked over and started helping somebody else and left me alone and I had to stand there even though I was first in line shortly after he kept repeating to me do you need my help and I continue telling him yes but he would look at me sign in on his computer and would walk away and talk to somebody else I felt the customer service was very rude with this gentleman and I usually have great service with these people I strongly recommend the management talking to this gentleman about his attitude and how he comes across to people he seems very arrogant and hard to talk to I just wanted to come in and do business and I hope you guys appreciate the business that I bring into you I tell all my friends to come there and I tell him it's a good experience I hope this relationship can continue but furthermore I will not come to the store if I see Ryan on duty read more

I had the pleasure of working with Jake at this location and he went above and beyond to get me setup on T-Mobile cell service and TMobile home internet. I was transferring my service over from Xfinity mobile and Xfinity makes it very hard to transfer your service smoothly so I was stressed out while doing this at the store. Jake was super patience and was the most positive store employee I think I've ever dealt with. He successfully helped me get my service over to T-Mobile and I honestly wasn't even thinking about buying their Home Internet service but have been thinking about ditching Xfinity home internet/tv as well. Jake didn't pressure me and just sold me that it was a free 14 day trial, so I took the Modem home and it works great. Also, there store manager literally offers to come to your home if you have trouble setting the home internet up. Wow! The verdict is T-Mobile home internet has decent speeds. It's 100mbps at its top speed and 60mbps at its slowest depending on where I'm located in my home. I did self install, piece of cake. This store is awesome and ask for Jake to help you. I rarely find a company or person that I find great about recommending. Let alone leave a review more than once. BUT I believe that a good company is not only service, but the people who provide it. So, for the second time, I'd like to mention Julio. He has helped me each and every time I have a need. Honestly, he's my go to guy. I'm sure there are others there who are great, but once you build trust, why change it. Also, Julio has worked there for sometime. Another indicator of great service and it's people.
