There is a lot of merchandise in this store. They had some interesting stuff but again the sales are kinda whatever & I don't think it's worth it. First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.

I again to make sure the information and what type of truck and lift gate needed. Driver shows up just before 3pm with a truck that is smaller then needed and with a lift gate smaller and unable to handle the move. Their driver was extremely nice guy. He tired to call his manager who could be heard over the phone bothered that we was called. Worst of all refused to speak with us or rectify the situation. Said we can wait till Monday to speak with the estimate rep. 1st class moving failed and Could not deliver. Cost my business time and money.

Carissa was amazing to work with. I was completely overwhelmed by all the quartz choices, and she patiently helped me find a beautiful option that stayed within my budget. She also suggested the best slab sizes to choose in order to save money, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she even let me visit the yard to see the quartz in a full slab, which made me feel much more confident in my choice. She also went out of her way to fit me in for the measure sooner than originally planned and then scheduled the installation within a week after that. Sandro, the fitter, was equally wonderful. He carefully explained the process, talked with me about the cut, and made sure everything was set correctly. Sandro and Carissa must have noticed I was planning to reuse my old sink, because they kindly offered me a brand new one -- such a thoughtful surprise! The installers did a beautiful, seamless job. They were efficient, professional, and took special care to make sure my dishwasher was hooked up perfectly. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care they showed in my home.
