Coming from Verizon I have to say Jessica honestly made it simple and super easy for me to make the change. Hands down, if it wasn't for Jessica helping us I probably would have walked! Jessica was very knowledgeable and kept our best interest in mind, she explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. I asked the same questions several times and my kids were getting annoyed by me but nit Jessica. She kept professional, answered and re-answered all my questions. read more

These guys are awesome! Had a great experience. Went with a great family plan and now don't have to worry about overages. So far it has been great. Went back in after getting our phones (to help with transferring contacts) and the service the second time I visited was just as superb. Thanks for everything guys! read more

Poor customer service. No manager on site to guide the workers. Employee didn't even know how to do a return

BEWARE the store associate are worst than car salesmen. Scam artist at its finest. A sale associated name Summer, not hard to miss considering she wears a pound of make up on her face, lied to me and neglected to inform me of all the fine details of the promotion. I traded in my cell phones and was informed I would receive a credit or trade in value which would in turn allow me to only pay 5 per month for the new phone. I throughly explained to this idiot I did not want to be bound to anything, meaning I wanted to be able to walk away at any point. Low and below, I only receive those credit as long as I'm a customer and once i decide to leave i forfeit any and all credit, my old cell phone and will have to pay the balance of the phone in full. Of course i called this clown and now she wants to explain the fine print of the program. I spoke to Lyndon the manager to who turn fails to accept any responsibility on behalf of his staff, stating what they always say your the first customer to ever complain. How would he know when he just started at the store. This is not my first encounter with them which Is why i lift, so now they think I'm stuck with there service, losing my phone and not being able to get them back and if i want to cancel then i must pay 100. Joke will be on them read more

T Mobile is the worst company Worst company... bad experience with them and to top it off bad reception and that is not enough. They'll blame you for something that you never did and they'll make you pay for it... Go to a different company not worth staying with Tmobile read more

Service here was excellent especially the employee Edwin. He helped me and my mom get new lines, and provided excellent explanation and service with a smile. So glad there are still amazing young employees that are as enthusiastic to help, and care so much for the customer. Very professional read more

The employees did their best to help but still pretty pissed with the outcome. I added an additional line for my mom in March but i didn't get billed for the adjusted price and additional transitional charges for another 2 months later. So in one month I got charged for 3 bills and no one told me this would happen. If there is a posibility of this happening, the employee should notify the customer... Pretty pissed. read more

This is an actual tmobile corporate store. Service is great unlike the store on rosecrans, which isn't a corporate store and they are rude. I walked in informed them of a commercial and I got exactly what I asked for, no hidden rules or fees..Great job read more

Their service is amazing. I'm so happy I was able to get in and out right away. Seems like every time I go into a store I'm in there for hours. This location really took care of me in a timely manner and now I'm able to go about the rest of my day. read more

Jessica and the whole team are fantastic! I came in to transfer account information to a cheap "grandmother" phone for my mom. When the store couldn't find a cheap enough device to match my expectations, they advised me to get a phone elsewhere and graciously offered to transfer account information for free. Knowledgeable and helpful - the whole experience was great! Thank you Jessica and the team! read more
