Do not walk into the store unless you wanna be scammed they are rude, ignorant and incompetent of doing a simple task ! The women working there was the "manager " & couldn't even kindly assist us! rudely gave my husband the incorrect information then threatened to call the police on us while we are while our 2 small children. Such a laughable threat as we did nothing That was her solution as she could not assess the issue and problem solved as a Manager supposed to!!!!! - she is INCOMPETENT AND SHOULD BE Fired! as now we had to go to ANOTHER T-MOBILE LOCATION handling our issue- I will be calling corporate and filing a formal complaint ! I went in last week to get a quote on the iPhone 16. The person that attend me Liz was so much help. she had a great attitude and explain her self very well and had so much patient with me. I did felt bad because i did not buy anything with her that day and she was very respectful about it. Other places i been to start having an attitude and brushing me off. I recommend this location and with Liz very different from others. Staff didn't really care to help. My daughters phone broke and I came in to buy a brand new phone and they didn't have any iPhone except the newest one (which I didn't want to get but I would've settled on literally any other one). At one point someone said "I think we might have a 12 but probably not" and didn't even check! Didn't try to help in calling other stores and told me "just go to the Apple Store". I just felt like I was bothering them the whole time even though there was only 1 other person in the store. Won't be back. read more

Poor customer service. I wanted to buy a new ipad and the employee STEVEN. Was acting like and dump he was calling the corporation to add a new line without even ask me if i just wanted to upgrade my tablet.. and een i toll him i just wanted ti upgrade he says you lr not getting another line anyways.. t-mobile should not have employees like him. I went here during the day, yes it was a Friday, but it was an early afternoon. The service was horrible. The one girl was working at the counter, while the other one just disappeared as soon as the line got longer and never emerged from the back. I was only upgrading my phone, so I saw the phone I wanted and got in line. I think we stood in line for a good 40 minutes and then I tell the girl which phone I want and she said "oh we don't carry that phone anymore" and then she tells me that they have the Nokia (can't remember what number it was) , which is exactly what I just said. Had the phone I wanted, but overall a bad experience! Edit 4/18/2008 I had to add another star since I stopped by here not too long ago. It's the closest place on my way home from work.. so decided to give it another try. I was in need of a SIM card, so I had no choice. To my surprise I was taken care of pretty much as soon as I walked in to the store. I told the girl that I also upgraded the phone, she asked me what kind it was. It was the blackberry and she let me pick out two skins for the phone for free.. which was cool . I was already aware that I would have to pay for the SIM card, which the T-mobile Rep told me on the phone,so I was pleased to get the accessories. read more

Stopped in after work one night. My wife had heard about a deal at another location and convinced me. The way the first store had explained it to my wife, it seemed easy. This place is terrible. The customer service is not only long but they are also rude. I would like to mention me and my mother came a couple minutes before they close. The representative refused to let us come in and let us pay a bill. They were all in there just looking at us not and even acknowledging us. Made me pretty upset that you can't even just tell us that you were closing or anything. read more

Excellent customer service from Steven. Super nice dude took care of all my problems, got me a replacement phone sent to the store ASAP. I came to pick it up not even 48 hours later and he was there ready to help me set it up, he even applied the screen protector I bought for me at no charge. I was in and out both times, excellent employees like Steven are why I'm happy with T-mobile after trying literally every other character. A++ !!! read more

very very poor customer service. management should try to check these people so they can improve on the quality of their service. very very disappointed with them. even just to serve their customer on a first come first serve basis is not being practiced by their crew. they do not care and just ignore everything even though they see the line is beginning to be really full. read more
