Avoid at all costs. It's some kind of contract office and the staff is beyond useless. Ended up…read morebeing charged over $65 for nothing when staff attempted to switch my account. She initially stated she could apply over $250 prepaid balance to new plan account but after scrolling on her iPad for ages said it wouldn't do it and showed me the iPad supposedly to prove it. Messed it up so bad that I told her to just forget it and I'd keep my original plan but she had already switched it. I told her to switch it back to the original plan I had, instead she switched it to another plan 250% more expensive than what I had with no advantage, and said that was all she could do. I asked her to call someone at ATT to help her. Refused to call for help and claimed she couldn't call her supervisor either, and said I should call ATT. In my car when I checked my phone, my prepaid plan had been charged $65 for nothing, and a wrong way more expensive plan--not the one I had. I went back and told her to fix, she said to get out. I had to sit on phone with ATT for over an hour to sort out the mess she made and get my $65 back and get the plan I wanted and the $250 balance of old plan applied to new plan!!! I'll never use another one of these contract offices. The phone call was no piece of cake either.

I can't say enough good about these folks…read more I rely so much on my tech - in my life and in my biz - it is so important to me to have the perception of expertise in folks fixing my stuff ... and the perception that they Care about me, my tech, my biz... this icing on the cake - kind of mind-blowing. I find myself so grateful. I appreciated my interactions with and service from each of the two owners so much - in different visits - I brought them gifts - which is not normal for me - I just had to GIVE Back. Meanwhile, I need great value - I don't want to, and I don't have a budget to Pay for high-end service. Somehow I am getting high-end service at low-end price. This is an excellent quadrant. Are they perfect? no. Are they still learning this or that? yes - who isn't - the realm they operate-in is wide and ever-shifting. And, the communication about what they know and don't , what they know and what they will try to figure out is... beautiful. I went there originally for an issue that was illusive - was it a battery or screen issue with my iPhone? I was SURE it was on Deaths door. It is now working beautifully! Then I came back with my Mac (which is behaving SO much better now) and my partners cell phone (which they said it was a better investment to replace than to fix - thank you!), my partner is going in with his Mac soon. I am really grateful to have these guys on my side. Much valued into today's crazy tech world. Oh, and everything was done within a DAY - a DAY. Have you noticed the waits for Apple repairs? Hope you enjoy as much as I have!
