If you carry bubble tea around with you (like I do), then your Tea's Mobile. This cell phone store in Morrisville - in the fancy part of town - is pretty cool. My friend is on T-Mobile, but won't get anything done about her many issues (such as her phone crashing every time she texts)... that was, until I dragged her in here to try and fix some of her issues issues, and they were pretty nice about it. I went here today as my iPhone 14 that I've only for 2 months would not power on. The guy took a quick look at it and immediately told me I would have to go to the Apple Store as my phone was in "perfect condition" (no cracks, drops, water damage, etc) which means it's a defect that it wasn't covered by my T-Mobile insurance. Long story short, I took it to the Apple Store and all that was required was a hard reset. I was in and out of Apple in 5 minutes. With that said, it could've been a trip saved if the Tmobile employee would've at least tried to help! If Tmobile is going to sell Apple products it would be great to have employees in stores who at least try to help the customers before sending them off to Apple! Vert disappointing. read more

Best 2hrs, 45 minutes ever spent in a Cell Phone Store! ..I say that with just a hint of cynicism. The "NEW" Girl took forever to put together our new account. But let let back up a bit.. we have had a Family Plan with Verizon for years, and it has cost us dearly; over $200 per month, and that was with a "Law Enforcement", 15% discount. The plan included a meager 12gb of data per month, which my Kids used up in the first week. My Son had recently suggested T-Mobile's unlimited data plans.. very Long Story short... the staff, and especially the manager at this T-Mobile store in Morrisville guided me along the path of Discount, after Discount, which resulted in a New iPhone (with my trade-in), for Free.. and 6 lines of unlimited Data... for half of what We were paying for 5-lines, with a total of 12gb at Verizion ! I was so Happy with the savings... I went next door and bought Pizza for them (the very least I could do). read more
